I like the flexibilty and ability to add whatever extra training we want to our account.

I wish some of the analytics were better and shared more easily. Also wish that we were able to share forms across different companies.

It is helping us keep all our training in one location and keep it all updated with more ease.

The ablity to streamline all paperwork (inspections, hazard IDs, stop cards, incident reports, training rosters). 1 person can now manage multiple individuals jobs.

I love how user friendly the program is along with its continual improvements. They continue to listen to their customers on product improvements. Recently dove into more that KPA has to offer such as articles about the industry, safety, OSHA and business in general.

I havent found anything not helpful. If something does seem to work with what our needs are, we typically can reconfigure it with the help of KPA and get something to work for us!

We use KPA Flex as our training platform. While more capabilities are available, this is the extent of our use. That said, we get a lot out of it. The trainings are pretty good but the real gold is in the API. Through that, we can integrate KPA Flex with our existing system. That allows us to keep our schedule of trainings and track completions in our systems while utilizing their training platform. It's fantastic. Also, the community and KPA employees are great. Both are incredibly helpful and responsive. And the initial setup was so easy. It is possible and realistic to get up and running within a couple of days. I work for a smaller company so we were able to get data imported completely within a day. The API integration took a little longer but even that was easy.

I have trouble thinking of things that I dislike about KPA Flex. I don't have anything but extremely minor gripes that are specific to our situation for the most part. So, I'm going to have to say that I don't have a great answer for this. They do a wonderful job and have an awesome product.

Communication and followup has become significantly easier using KPA. Reminders are automatically generated, along with followups.

It's flexibility. Additionally, the forms and trainings are great!

It can be complicated to create reports or assign tasks during a specific time frame

The system is very confirguable and I have full control to make changes to the forms that we create. Customer service is quick and helpful.

I do not like that the OSHA case management is not configurable. I don't like that you have to fill out a completely sepearate uneditable form to be able to create your cases for OSHA Logs.

Implementation was quick and was adopted quickly by our workforce. Customer support has been great.

There is nothing that I can think of that I dislike.

Every employee has access and that has increased our reporting.

The ability to keep track of and create trainings online is a great time savings. We are also using it to track and escalate all safety incidents for the site.

I would like to see a little better system for document control when it comes to getting documents approved and acknowledged. I would also like to limit the ability for people to download due to IP and document control purposes.

The ability to keep track of our training classes and reschedule them annually without having to put a lot of work into keeping track of them through a spreadsheet.

I'd say that the best feature of KPA EHS is that you can easily report off submitted forms. We have various scheduled reports that send out automatically to higher-level management without us having to lift a finger. In addition, we can view past responses and generate a report using our specific filters.

There isn't much that I dislike about KPA, but every system has its flaws. I wish we could have more reporting on the companies and projects within the software. We can now filter down reports and see what specific companies or projects are selected. However, it would be beneficial if those companies and projects had a unique profile to see everything they are tagged in or put in additional information.

The two biggest problems that KPA solves for us are eliminating paper usage and supporting a safety culture. We can quickly and easily tell what happened at a Jobsite just by viewing the email automatically sent to us when a report is submitted. We no longer have to send multiple emails and reach out for information because it's accessible at all times.
