What do you like best about KORONA POS?

We have managed to effectively integrate KORONA POS with the accounting system for reliable transaction processing. The customer support team has never failed my department when engaged during project implementation. It has managed to save time in data analysis and financial performance reporting.

What do you dislike about KORONA POS?

This is the right software that I have come across with powerful system in data structuring and and reporting dashboards.

What problems is KORONA POS solving and how is that benefiting you?

KORONA POS has enhanced effective budgeting in sales and product management. It offers comprehensive reports of conducted surveys in promotions and advertisement exercises from potential customers. Accurate data analytics have enabled my team to initiate efficient plans in investment and financial planning.

IT provider’s take on Korona POS

As an IT service provider and Korona Partner, I have 2 years of experience working with Korona POS. My experience, sales through installation and support has been refreshingly outstanding. From my perspective, deploying 9 stations across 5 branches, support is what stands out. Never more than 5 minutes on hold In queue. Staff is friendly, eager to help, knowledgeable, capable, on-shore with excellent follow through. Korona is the only retail POS I would ever recommend to future clients

Finest in my 20 year IT career

What do you like best about KORONA POS?

Besides sales and onboarding resources as a partner, Korona support has been the finest I’ve had the pleasure of working with in my 25 year career as an independent IT service provider. All of the staff are friendly, available, resourceful, knowledgeable and capable. The continuity of support requests between staff is seamless. Follow through is spotless. It has made my client more successful and by extension my IT firm.

What do you dislike about KORONA POS?

I’ve not yet found a weak spot. The greatest challenge I’ve had with the product is finding the simplest use of the product’s features. The depth of customization is so much more than I could ever need. In the upside, any capability I can think of is built in and ready for use as needed.

Recommendations to others considering KORONA POS?

As a new deployment for a client never to have used a POS, the preparation of inventory has been the greatest challenge. Constant communication and testing with Korona engineers has been invaluable.

What problems is KORONA POS solving and how is that benefiting you?

In physical deployment of hardware, support is at most, a 3-5 minute wait on a call - Every issue has been resolved neatly and expeditiously to my satisfaction. The greatest benefit has been my peace of mind in knowing they have my back and in turn, giving my client the same as my customer.

This company will go the extra distance for your business!

We're a new Korona customer and got Korona support's help for a multitude of things; POS configuration, data import, reports, etc.... and those were the simple things. They also went the extra mile to configure our new cc terminals & spent a ton of time trouble shooting & programming them to get us up and running, including directly communicating with both our c/c dealer and processor. Changing POS providers is always challenging, but when you simultaneously change c/c processors & providers at the same time while needing an integrated solution, it can be a real challenge. Korona POS support and sales departments are up to the task! Totally appreciate them.

What do you like best about KORONA POS?

Very user friendly. You can customize interface to conform to your business needs. Customer Service is in the United States, always accessible, and always awesome. We love that we can fit it to our scale of business and grow with it.

What do you dislike about KORONA POS?

I can't think of anything that I dislike about the system.

What problems is KORONA POS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Love that if we don't have a UPC code, Korona POS will generate one for you. It also helps with inventory orders and pricing. Customers love that we can get them in quickly and efficiently.
