The only dislike while i like about kore.AI is that we cant find the use cases outside the portal if we get any kind of exposure about building chatbot on youtube or any web links for more exposure that will be the best part if done.
While completing the training i got an assignment of medical appointment which will be customer friendly and also helps others to take appointment through the bot itself which is a good initiation and also help to avoid coustomers to go and manually take the appointment.
