I must point out the constant development of features and UI changes to make Kontentino easy to use. Customer support is always top-notch and responds quickly, always there to help with anything.

Probably the biggest headaches arise when there's a sudden bug (shame on you, Meta) and something suddenly stops working. But it's great that through live chat you can resolve pretty much anything, so I can't really add much else here.

In general, Kontentino has bridged the gap for us between publishing content and doing so effortlessly. We can manage text translations in one place without having to bother colleagues on Teams. Additionally, we can schedule posts well in advance, which is a significant advantage since most social media platforms don't offer this feature. We also have the capability to work seamlessly on multiple posts simultaneously with minimal communication. This is because we can chat directly within Kontentino or utilize checklists that serve the same purpose. After almost three years of using it, I can't imagine my workflow without Kontentino. It would be a total disaster!

It has an excellent system of approving the content and an easy way of reporting activities to clients. Also, the billing plan counts mainly on the number of team members, and it doesn't really matter how many accounts you manage.

I don't really understand the system of content plans. For me, it would be more practical to use a simple calendar, but that's maybe just my issue.

Nothing so far. It has always worked perfectly for my needs (heavy video&text posting on LinkedIn). In fact, there was one issue when I began working with it (horizontal videos showing as vertical), but they took and solved it within days, which was awesome.
