Koinly was a major help in doing my taxes on TurboTax. But, more importantly, it is a terrific way to track my holdings day-to-day all year long.

I did crypto tracking with another online site for a while and switched to Koinly. I like it so much better. It's laid out well and I can navigate around to take care of the various crypto transactions that I need to pay attention to for weird reasons. I've had a dozen active wallets from different platforms and where the option is available, the automatic upload of current data is pretty straightforward and reliable. This week (December 1st) I have been working on planning taxes for year-end and Koinly has spectacular tools to look at my short-term and long-term gains to know if I should sell coins in either category and how they will affect my taxes. I got burned a few years ago on capital gains because I didn't pay attention to this detail, so I am incredibly thankful for Koinly's detailed breakdown (at any time of the year) for where one stands on ST and LT Capital Gains (Realized Profits). I could go on, but I love this site and how fast the incredible and dedicated tech support will get back to me if I couldn't find the answer to my question on the Q&A forum. They never got frustrated and hung up the problem, they stuck with me until I got it worked out - when the data went back quite a bit and was complex. Basically, if you invest in crypto at anything beyond a few hundred bucks, you owe it to yourself to use this platform. They are there to walk you through any issue and it will give you so much information to make proper decisions on your investing. Go for it!

This service is a must for managing tax issues related to Crypto. It tracks all the transactions on the various wallets automatically (there are some wallets which needs importing of the transactions but not so many) . It is also international it manges to track for it in Japanese Yen for me. I've been using it for the past three years. Also the help from the staff when I have some issues which needs to be resolved is great.

I have a diverse portfolio spread across several wallets. For some, I had the hassle of importing data via CSV's and others wouldn't sync meaning that my Koinly report indicated I possessed coins I no longer held. The Koinly team showed unlimited patience and fantastic support over a two week period in helping me resolve these issues.
