The coding references. I dont see any format with how codes were creates. just alpha, or numeric, some mixed.

The breadth of data that can be tracked on the system is large, with opportunities to add anything that you wish could be included. The 'intelligence' function in particular doesn't leave much to be desired, with a myriad of tables and reports that can be created to best suit a particular business need.

There has been an occasional misinterpretation of data by the system, such as a suppliers not having the correct ratings from their PQQs, however this was rectified by the team with no trouble at all.

We are able to keep track of supplier certifications with ease and can notify ourselves of when these expire, which was difficult before when only using an internal spreadsheet. It also provides us a clearer perspective on supplier categories, and we are able to condense our vendor list to only those that we require and less duplicate sources of supply.

Like the navigation and ability to store so much key supplier data in one place for sharing with colleagues.

I think sometimes we add data and then have to tell Kodiak the data is there. eg our own company code of conduct. We upload document but then have to manually tick YES its done by supplier. If the upload auto triggered the yes, that would be nice and helps avoid someone failing to add YES.

We share a lot of suppliers within our group of 50+ companies so storing and sharing data in Kodiak cuts down on repetition.

It's very easy to use and to learn - has a nice a modern look & feel.

It integrates with our ERP and our sustainability software and combines that data with every data point we gather in Kodiak Hub, giving us reports and insights from all our systems in one platform. Makes it easier to make informed decisions and collaborate internally.

So far no downsides it is updated to provide improvements on a regular basis

Collation of supplier data is easier, vendor approval is easier and more efficient, monitoring and maintaining supplier information is much more manageable which provides our suppliers with a professional and easy way to complete our requirements

Kodiak Hub is not always user friendly or in the way you would think it should be for an easy use.

Kodiak helps us to gather suppliers responses to various campaigns we have created in ethics and onboarding.

The tool itself is easy to operate, for both our internal Supply Chain team but also our suppliers interacting with SRM initiatives - which ensured an efficient roll out. The customer implementation and support team are really helpful too.

Some of the terminology used doesn't always correlate with existing onboarding/ SRM processes - i.e. sustainable practices reflecting an pre qualification questionnaire to the wider non supply chain business
