It has any Operating System you wantas VM for your testing or working . Love the idea and flixibility it offers.

What do you dislike about Kobiton?

Shared VMs which might cause issues if Urgently some VM is needed for testing

Having physcial machines or on-prem VMs . Everyting in Kobiton is on cloud and on the go to access.

Kobiton has helped do my work much easier by accessing devices that I need access to to complete my work.

For example, I do not pocess an android device and I need an android device to run some tests.

I do not dislike antyning so far about Kobiton.

Kobiton a cloud solution to physical mobile devices

What do you like best about Kobiton?

The Kobiton device library is vast with configurations covering all of our device testing needs.

What do you dislike about Kobiton?

Recommendations to others considering Kobiton?

The tool was so easy to roll out to our orginization that have done it for another group when I joined.

What problems is Kobiton solving and how is that benefiting you?

The only challenge that I have experienced with Kobiton is with reporting related to usage. Some of the reporting I wouldlike to see around usage per month, or per user is not available to me as a user and I have to make a specific request to customer service.

Excellent support and mobile testing platform

What do you like best about Kobiton?

The support is knowledgable, quick, and friendly. We were up and running quickly and the testing team across multiple countries were able to test and support mobile testing for our applications with little to no learning curve.

What do you dislike about Kobiton?

Setting up the secure tunnel was tricky and time consuming, but not due to lack of support. The support was great, there were technical challenges at play with the security protocols at my company.

What problems is Kobiton solving and how is that benefiting you?

Having Kobiton cloud solution allows my company to focus resources on testing and automated testing and less on the device maintenance. Having Kobiton availabile 24/7 allows testing teams to reside in any country/location and utilize the testing platform.
