Simple and easy to set up, great customer service. Training modules put a bit of fun into training, and their short punchy format makes it easy to convince users to engage.

I wish there were more transparent tools to increase competitive engagement.

Security Awareness Training is a key element of any program. KnowBe4 allows us to not only train them from a knowledge perspective, but also to start changing behavior with the Phishing components.

I honestly can't think of anything that I dislike

Know what you are getting into. We chose a level that they don't set anything up for you. I had to teach myself how to set it up (reached out to Support when needed) and now I receive an email the other day that says the way I set it up doesn't mean their "standards"...i didn't even know there was such a thing.

clicky-clickersons....everyone just used to click on anything. Now with KB4 training, they are much more careful

Knowbe4 is constantly providing new and in the wild phishing templates.

We utilize the platform to train our users on phishing and to test them with monthly simulations. Knowbe4 has improved our overall security awareness and has made our users more vigilant for phishing attacks.

One of the many things we like best is that the service offers a variety of phishing and training options. You can phish via email, text and voice. Having the phish alert button integration is a HUGE bonus as well (when using PhishER). The PAB allows our users to report emails that they believe are phishing emails, and then we in the IT department can run queries on SUBMITTED emails and quarantine/delete them from their inbox, which prevents them from taking action on said emails.

Not that much to hate about the platform, honestly! Sometimes the phishing campaign emails could be a little newer/relevant, but we love the service and truly get value out of it for the most part!

It helps to prevent our users from clicking on suspicious emails. Doing this helps save HOURS from changing passwords and investigating potential breaches, and makes our company more secure.

The training framework allows direct integration with our identity management to make onboarding and accessing the system seamless for our users. Smart groups really help with automating training goals (and remediation). The content is current and comes with a large variety of styles to match the culture and age of our end users to keep things engaging. The content compared to other systems we reviewed is much more advanced and actively maintained. The KB4 team is actively updating both content and services available and are keeping everything 'current'.

The content is broken out into 3 paid tiers and we found that the most attractive content is only available at the highest tier.

Behind the keyboard is the primary attack vector, prior to KB4 training, I would send out 'info bytes' that would be 'best effort' to communicate the realities of email/web/social media to our end users and business culture. This was laborous and did not track well - could not easily quantify reception of information or retention of the content. With KB4, training is logged, tests are submitted and tracked, and remediation is automatically assigned where needed.

There are so many materials to choose from and they are very easy to set-up. The materials are of a high standard and very topical. There is always something that you can use for your campaign. The phishing exercise we have set-up monthly is also very useful.

Our Account Manager/Relationship Manager based in Australia have always been very helpful and always pleasant to deal with.

One thing that could be improved is the way the training emails are sent out. Most of my colleagues always ask if the training emails from KnowBe4 are legitimate because they sometimes can look like some of the real phishing emails that we get.

The phishing test mail headers on KnowBe4 are riddled with headers that obviously identify them as coming from KnowBe4 and it makes these tests easy to circumvent. It is trivially easily to just make an outlook rule for "If mail header contains word 'KnowBe4' -> move to spam" and people will never have to deal with these ever again.

We re ISO 27001 certified and regular training is one of requirement of the standard. It ticks the box that we are prividing regular training for our staff. It is also very useful for staff not only when they are working but also for personal. Some have provided feedback that this has been useful and they have learnt something that they do niot now about and can be used outside of work. previously, we have to create our own training and this takes a lot of time and also expertise. Now, all we have to do is select from the various topics offered for a training campaign. We can do as much or as little as we like.

End users are the number one security risk in a network. KnowBe4 provides the training and tools to keep our users informed. The email phishing training and wifi security tools are great!

The AD sync tool works well, but the setup is pretty technical. It would be easier if a GUI handled the configuration instead of a config file and a windows service to handle the sync.

KnowBe4 helps me train my users to be more conscious of common threats. This training removes that burden from me, allowing me to focus on my tasks.
