I love that the product is user-friendly for our site teams, keeps leads organized, and has excellent reporting and analytics for tracking!

We can better track our leads ad spend and keep prospect engagement high resulting in higher leasing results! The program has increased our productivity on site.
Knock is easy to use and integrates flawlessly into our systems. Our onsite staff finds it very helpful to keep track of their prospects. To be honest, I have not used another platform that competes with Knock.
The only downside is sometimes the integration can be a little finicky and take a little longer than desired. The integration piece could be made more efficient.
It is solving the downtime between first contact and follow up. In smaller offices Knock is ideal because it assists in keep track and keeps people from falling through the cracks.
Calendar scheduling is super easy to use for our whole team. Helps us schedule more tours and prospects in a day.
Nothing that I can think of would be a benefit to this product.
It's a value for the service it offers to a small leasing staff. We are able to turn through twice as many prospects as compared to just Rent Cafe Flex which is what we were primarily using before.
Automatic appointment scheduling, as well as the ease of adding in guest cards for walk-ins. Helps us do more tours in a day and easily add in prospects while on the phone.
I liked how all marketing leads are all in one with knock and our Onesite system

Excellent for tracking all correspondences, dates, times, etc. It's so fun to use too! Thank you for making such a great product! It's user-friendly, and the team can jump in and help each other with follow-ups for all leads and resident communications. Here is something big I want to mention too. I used KNOCK to assist me in proving our consistency in our communication with a difficult situation with one of our residents. So even though we lean 100% on KNOCK for our leads, it also helps daily management. Thanks again!

Our company absolutely loves this CRM. This is the first and only CRM that I have had site teams fall in love with and regularly use. It forces the hand on follow-up, has a great scoring metric, and kicks out some of the most useful reports without any unneeded fluff. Thanks, Knock!

Knock's customer service and training platform hit it out of the park for Western Wealth Communities. They provide detailed analytics for our leadership team, making marketing and conversion discussions easy. The engagement scores drive our teams to be active with our prospects ensuring every lead is being touched and our marketing dollars are being well utilized. Company insights allow our Training Department to review on a weekly basis and determine what additional training needs to occur in order to increase our conversion for CPL and tours. Knowing what advertising partners are delivering quality leads allows our marketing department to make informed decisions on sources, and maximize our spending across the portfolio. Knock is the true definition of a partner, not just a vendor. They assist us in not only the rollout of new services such as knock tours but the training of our teams. I can not give them enough praise for making my job as a Training and Marketing Director easier!
There is a learning curve, like any program we implement onsite, and our teams need to dedicate time to go through the training platform and sessions offered. I wish that more on-demand classes were offered where they can work with a rep 1x1. Recently we have been partnered with a team that offers this and it has been a game-changer.

The upside of using Knock is that it integrates with our PMS software. You see in-real time activity, love that it tracks follow up and it has easy to access data reporting
Sometimes info I'm updating is not saving within the mapped sources section, there can sometimes be a disconnection within the integration section, also wished there was further integration with other social platforms like Instagram
