"Loved this application"

What do you like best?

Knack is one of the easiest to use app I have ever encountered. We have used this software in our company to manage contact list, link and use different softwares together. We have integrated with the QuickBooks app,which has really help in tracking and keeping clients details; contact ,addresses, invoices, payment and more. Pricing of the software is based on the number of apps used.

What do you dislike?

I loved everything on this app except a few setbacks,such as : not economical to use it on one software, imputing all the information, you need to have basic cascading style sheets knowledge to use it.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Knack is a nice software, you can try in your organisation it will not disappoint.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Knack greatly improved how we work in our company in terms of service delivery and speedy work by our staffs since you can integrate all softwares at one place instead of switching them.

"Great Functionality"

What do you like best?

Knack software allows you to create and access contacts very easily. It allows integration of software at a go. It has a very appealing interface and simple to use. For accounting and finance, you can easily track receipts and invoice using the contacts function. It uses simple to learn a programming language such as the CSS and other web-based languages.

What do you dislike?

The software is coded in CSS. A newbie of CSS language will have challenges using the software. Typing a lot of stuff is also hectic. Otherwise, the software is good and has greater functionality. Its functionality surpasses its challenges.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you want to improve service delivery and with the current technology, try Knack software. Very cheap to acquire, simple to use and only requires basic CSS. The software comes almost free of charge, the discount is great and there is a free version. and other low charges version such as a standard. you can try free move to standard then finally settle with premium.

We are using knack to improve service delivery to our clients. Knack has greatly improved how we do our daily business. We have been able to integrate 3 software. This increases our organisational efficiency and reduces time wasted by the professionals switching between softwares.

"A strong cloud database management"

What do you like best?

It allows me to build databases which i can acces completely remotely. I find tht thatis a great benefit for it. Simple to use, so eveyone in the organisation can learn it.

What do you dislike?

The support is lacking. When needed it takes a while to get answers or help from them. Also the community support is not good

It helps solving problems in no time where as before it took a year to find a solution for a problem. Now it's just a matter of days

"Experience with knack."

What do you like best?

Knack is a great tool for a customized CRM.Its easy to use ,relatively inexpensive and can make your life so much easier!.

What do you dislike?

The thing I don't liked in "knack" is that it does not auto save when inputting data to fields,so we can lose data inputs.

I had a great experience with knack developer support while building a custom solution.

"It has been useful for our startups"

What do you like best?

Knack is relatively simple to get started and building right away. It's useful as a project database to coordinate and query all the projects we are building for our clients. Its really nice to be able to access it from anywhere or any browser. I like the clean layout design too.

What do you dislike?

Auto-saving would be useful and occasionally its runs slow.

"An Intelligent Store"

What do you like best?

The UI is explicit and performance in database storage overcomes hassles of taking up large online spaces.

What do you dislike?

There is no such drawback that I could analyze about the product and its features.

The product has great features for data accumulation and one should try its services.

"Great program, only if you need its functionality"

What do you like best?

Knack it's a great tool to link different software together. We use it to keep information consistent between Service Fusion, QuickBooks, and Smartsheet. Info such as client address and contact info, progress on payments, etc. We also use it for our vendors to submit their invoice for payment.

What do you dislike?

It has a steep learning curve, and requires input of all information. If you're using it for consistency between products, then it's great. Otherwise if you use only one software then it isn't worth it

We use Knack to keep our information consistent and organized. We realized that doing this allows us to save time organizing info between software manually

"Overall very impressed"

What do you like best?

Knack is very easy to use. There are many useful features. One thing that stands out is that pricing is by number of apps instead of by user.

What do you dislike?

Most of the CSS is fixed and you can't change much. Only allows basic functions versus Airtable.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Try it out. It might not be the best tool because of limitations but if it works for you, its probably the easiest tool out there.

Using to allow users to enter info to website without having to use an account. Custom database is awesome.

"Easy to Use"

What do you like best?

I liked how easy it was to use the product and also one thing that I can mention that the design is simple and clean

What do you dislike?

It felt the same as the other products nothing much changed and not much customization

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am trying to implement it in the company problems are the onboarding process and But it is easy to use so the people are catching up to use the product. We use it in our product team.
