AI Cadences hands down. It has changed the time it takes for us to draft sequences in half. It used to take at least 2 days to build a 12 step multichannel cadence. Now, with AI Cadences writing the emails for us, we do it in 3 to 4 hours.
We also use Klenty’s calling feature and their calling system doesn’t detect if a number in the list has a country code which defeats the purpose of automated list calling. That is an area of improvement.
Saving time for drafting email sequences and writing LinkedIn connection requests/ inmail messages.
Best part was how easy it was for all of us to get started with the tool. We didn't have to get on a call to understand what's what. The comfort and navigational ease are klenty's plus points.

Triggers and deal stage automation I.e the CRM sync is what I think my team likes with Klenty - saves us hours from switching tabs updating status after each and every call. That’s a really good feature

Any issues aside, we love Klenty support staff's dedication and availability. Haven't seen that in any other software service.
It is not a dislike but more of a suggestion. It would be better if the email templates currently given are segregated based on industry. Currently, it is very generic and would need rewriting to use in any industry.
