What do you like best about Klenty?

Any issues aside, we love Klenty support staff's dedication and availability. Haven't seen that in any other software service.

What do you dislike about Klenty?

It is not a dislike but more of a suggestion. It would be better if the email templates currently given are segregated based on industry. Currently, it is very generic and would need rewriting to use in any industry.

"AI Cadences gives you super powers."
What do you like best about Klenty?

AI Cadences hands down. It has changed the time it takes for us to draft sequences in half. It used to take at least 2 days to build a 12 step multichannel cadence. Now, with AI Cadences writing the emails for us, we do it in 3 to 4 hours.

What do you dislike about Klenty?

We also use Klenty’s calling feature and their calling system doesn’t detect if a number in the list has a country code which defeats the purpose of automated list calling. That is an area of improvement.

Saving time for drafting email sequences and writing LinkedIn connection requests/ inmail messages.

"Very simple to use and great value for investment"
What do you like best about Klenty?

Best part was how easy it was for all of us to get started with the tool. We didn't have to get on a call to understand what's what. The comfort and navigational ease are klenty's plus points.

What do you dislike about Klenty?

Managing contacts (duplicate detection) was quite tricky because we had a lot of name duplicates. Implementing all these under different lists and sequences was challenging.

What problems is Klenty solving and how is that benefiting you?

Uncluttered and scaled outreach with the occasional calls and sms/whatsapp reminders. We were using 3 tools and found it very unproductive. Klenty helped us improve efficiency in outreach.

What do you like best about Klenty?

Super easy to use and pull reports - great for running multiple campaigns at once - new feature to combine with Linkedin is particularly effetive. Customer support also really helpful and prompt at getting back to you.

What do you dislike about Klenty?

Emails sometimes bounce with attachments/ links (but I suppose that is to be expected?)

Klenty is helping us test different messaging and fast - it's also helping us to target the right people

What do you like best about Klenty?

The best we liked about klenty is how we were heard and our requirements met. They'd always be available and that was really important for us

There wasn't much we didn't work out. We liked the product and the business experience as a whole.

Klenty helps you put your outreach activities on autopilot and make sure deliverability is intact. We also had different numbers according to the call recipients location to improve pick up rates

What do you like best about Klenty?

Their customer support is exceptional. Ranjit has always been there, even on Friday evenings for us when we needed them.

What do you dislike about Klenty?

The app is slow sometimes, when a lot is going on in the background but I think that's common. Can't think of anything else

Klenty helps keep track of revenue goals assigned for each rep in the team. This helps the the spectators be informed of the reps' individual progress towards the target.

What do you like best about Klenty?

Triggers and deal stage automation I.e the CRM sync is what I think my team likes with Klenty - saves us hours from switching tabs updating status after each and every call. That’s a really good feature

What do you dislike about Klenty?

Just a few hiccups here and there with the product - it’s not a major problem for us since it doesn’t affect the operations of the product but we’d love to see better interface and interaction

What problems is Klenty solving and how is that benefiting you?

The call volume is high in our team and keeping track of the followups and the records was a challenge earlier. This is what klenty helps us with.

The product itself always got the job done - whether it was sending emails or leaving voicemails. The customer support was always prompt and helpful.

The UI/UX can be a bit clunky when duplicating emails or creating A/B tests.
