Kleeen is probably too big and complex for a small project where the UI design focuses on a specialized niche such as a game, a remote control, etc. Kleeen is excellent for large enterprise applications where the UI goes on and on for years and years and keeps changing and expanding.

We use Kleeen for rapid prototyping against mocked APIs and mocked data. The transition from "MVP" to production is very smooth. We also use Kleeen when the project cannot justify a significant investment in a UI designer or team. Kleeen gives you a great UI right out of the box. Kleeen also generates UI you did not know you needed, based on the natural structure of the data model. In that respect, it is a valuable domain analysis and discovery tool.
