What i like the most about Klaxoon, is the ease with which you can use the activities. I use "mission" a lot for internal programs and "session" to give training to our clients

The only thing i have detected is that when you duplicate a board or a session, the "live questions" are not duplicated as well. And when i have added a "video" to the description of a "step" in a mission or adventure, sometimes it detects it as an error and does not play it.

It has solved several issues for me, the first is "effective communication" since with the ideas on a board or with the dynamics of live questions, i get faster and more concrete feedback from the people who collaborate with me.

I have greatly reduced the time i spent in virtual and/or face-to-face meetings.

J'utilise l'ensemble de la suite d'outils collaboratifs Klaxoon et je récolte sans arrêt du feedback des équipes. Cela me fait progresser.

Je trouve que les modèles Missions et Aventures ont un peu veilli.

Fini les animations ou réunions descendantes. Tout ce que l'on fait est tracé, donc facile d'y revenir.

Klaxoon est un outil qui favorise la participation de tous, simplement avec beaucoup de convivialité. Les réunions sont moins descendantes et tout le monde s'exprime. L'outil favorise la prise de décision.

Difficile à dire. Tout me plaît dans Klaxoon

Un vrai plus à distance pour créer des interactions. Dans les sessions de formation, l'outil permet d'apprendre en s'amusant. Pour la gestion de projet il aide à la prise de décision.

- l'accessibilité facile pour les participants (avec ou sans compte, juste avec une adresse email)

- la possibilité de partager son support en réseau avec des collègues

- les rapports de conclusion, incluant les participants, la timeline, les notes prises pendant l'animation.

- pas de possibilité d'avoir 2 activités en parallèle (ce serait utile notamment pour des cas pratiques/études de cas);

- la bande passante (parfois le temps de mise à jour du coté des participants est long)

- Klaxoon amène du dynamisme aux réunions, formations & ateliers à distance;

- Klaxoon permet de tracer les commentaires/réponses/notes des participants;

Brainstorming features...ease of use...you can work on several media (computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.)...you can work synchronously and asynchronously...remotely or face-to-face (hybrid)

it's not easy to use all the other features (session, game...)...I find that the mental map (Mind Mapping) functionality is not yet effective and successful

with klaxoon I was able to co-create projects...the projects are richer and better framed and the team is more committed

I was able to solve problems by involving stakeholders

Klaxoon is great for Collaborating, took take some getting used to but they have plenty of tutorials to help learn. You are able to put their BOARD into Animator mode or Freepde where participants can move their own ideas or just the facilitator. They have other activities such as Quizzes, surveys, Capsules that you can create. It's great because you don't have to download anything as a participant. Just go to the website, enter the code and your in.

Many different tools to learn. Needs some training but the company offers Onboardings to help you get started

Learn the tool, utilize the customer Success Support

Participation is up, collaboration is easier, customer service is great. Easy to use for participants.
