We love the ability to track time and invoice clients with automations set up for different types of clients with email templates based on hourly/lump sum projects (used to use Excel). We also appreciate the reminder emails to follow up with clients on their invoices and reminder to bill active projects.
Getting the automations and email templates set up and then working out the bugs for different client types took some time, but it's been smooth sailing since then.
Automation of invoicing and database for sending out marketing info. The product has reduced time spent logging time, creating invoices, and ensuring we send out reminder emails to get paid in a timely manner.
KIZEN does everything I need from a lead management service and more. It's automations are super helpful for tracking lead status and requesting updates from my team. I really enjoy using the email and form builders as well. Customer service is amazing as well.
It can be pricy if you have a large team. I have also had a tough time navigating some of the settings areas on the website, but eventually was able to figure out where everything was located.
It is helping me track leads from various sources and keep a current status for each entry. It also notifies my team to update leads via automation that I created.
I love the clean UI and it is so customizable to our business needs and workflows.
I would really like to see more organizational capabilities for all our templates and automations and workflows
It is allowing us to do more with less! It also has eliminated multiple spreadsheets that we use to have to keep manually updated with information
We are able to customize and adjust the system, forms, displays, and more to fit our business needs. As the company grows, we can tweak Kizen to be what we need, instead of fitting ourselves into what the product offers. Also, the sucker service is spectacular. From custom build outs to how-to videos, to regular check ins, it really feels like the Kizen team wants to make the system work for us in every way.
I think there could be a bit more flexibility in reporting services. I'd love to be able to easily export my dashboards as a PDF to share with team members who don't use the system. I'd also like the ability to create my own visual representations of our data similar to how tableau works, instead of just the options in the tool.
We are using Kizen for several different functions. We maintain our customer database, track our deals/purchase orders, and now create/send our marketing updates. It is our central "source of truth" for all things sales/marketing related.

Everything is good in this software but make pricing low pricing is a little bit high for regular companies, and the disign of the software need to upgrade for more refined solutions

So far I do not have much to complain about. Sometimes the pages take a little longer to refresh than I'd like, but that may be my internet.

Kizen’s Sales CRM is hugely underrated. Not only does it allow for seamless communication within sales teams and inter-departmental collaboration, but it’s also device-agnostic. Sales teams can view contact records and dashboards, log in-person meetings or virtual calls, schedule activities for follow-up, etc. from their phones, tablets, or desktops.
I have no complaints at the moment. Everything works as I expected it to.
I wasn’t solving a specific problem but was familiar with and tired of the current marketing automation and sales CRM options available. That was the catalyst to giving Kizen a shot. I started on a free trial and the rest is history.
