The navigation is great. I can browse or search to find that information I need while preparing for a meeting.
If additional information needs to be added to the playbook, or things need to get re-formatted, it only takes a few clicks and drags to complete the job.

Nothing in particular so far. The product is evolving fast, and the team is very responsive to feedback and feature requests.
Look at your current sales playbook and compare how people use it today vs. how they would use it with Kiite. If you're like most organizations who have a sales playbook, most reps don't use it on a daily basis, and many consider it "old training material."
Provide salespeople with better access to information prior to meetings, and on the call. We find that it's easy to browse and search for information, and even create custom playbooks for different teams or individual people.
Most sales playbooks treat entry-level salespeople and 20+ year veterans the same. If this is the case, then one or both groups of people is not getting what they need to be successful. Kiite solves that problem by allowing different groups to share content, but doesn't require everyone to have everything in front of them at once, thereby reducing clutter and ensuring that only the most impactful content is served up to sales reps.
The simplicity of finding the information I'm looking for as well as my reps. It gives them the ability to be creative and therefore be creative when talking to our prospects/clients.
Product is humming along and the team is moving super quick. Some features in the roadmap I'd like to see to make sure we're seeing the most value from it.
Take the demo. Not many companies actually put effort into making the demo experience enjoyable, but the Kiite team does a great job of making sure the product is right.

As for the product: it's great for my needs setting up my own business. I really don't want to duplicate work like writing the same email, or repeat my research. Kiite is perfect for this.
This is still a new product under development. I expect more features and value to be added over the coming months.
There isn't too steep of a learning curve. Instead, think about how you want sales/customer comms to scale in your business, and use Kiite to suit that.
Before I used Kiite, I would typically repeat my work writing emails and scripts.
This wasted loads of time.
Now, I just refer back to Kiite every time, which will help me when I begin hiring too.
Working with sales reps has truly made me understand the saying "less is more". With so much information coming from everywhere, it was hard for me as sales enablement to break through the noise, just as it was hard for the sales reps to know what info was important and where to find it. With Kiite, the snippet functionality made it easy and fast for the reps to get information they were looking for, without overwhelming them with text that previous tools were doing.
One area of Kiite that our team would love to see in the future is to dive a level deeper into a playbook, so that one would be able to go into a playbook, see all the different columns and click into one specific column. This would allow for those cards under this column to be completely isolated from the other topics, and would allow reps to be more focused in on their search.
My role under Sales Enablement is to provide materials in way that is easy for them to access and refer to later. As of right now, the repository system we are using is very text heavy and the layout makes finding content so difficult that the reps often give up and ask each other directly. The way that Kiite displays information, and having the ability for playbooks and cards to live in multiple locations solves this problem and allows reps to find content fast and with ease. With this layout reps are able to benefit as they can find more accurate information in a centralized location to help them close deals.
- Very easy to set up and start seeing value
- Easy to re-direct a ton of tribal knowledge to it to start documenting processes for scale
- Our sales team uses it to create playbooks for competitors/industries/personas and it's super easy to navigate
- Search is extremely snappy, making it possible to find things in real-time on a call (competitor info, product info etc...)
The UI needs a bit of updating and user management has a little ways to go but both of these are secondary needs.

I had a great experience not just with the product, but with the onboarding. The Kiite team is responsive, dependable and generally awesome.The creation of content is easy, it updates automatically if you update the source.
I think they have some features they need to build out still. I'm not overly concerned about that though at this moment.
Sometimes, the playbooks and columns do kind of run together and it's easy to get confused as to which topic you're actually looking at

It's to monotone could use a splash of color here and there lol other than that runs really well for a smaller business SAS, they must have great people over there!
Making sure that my entire team is on the same page has the same information as everyone else while also ensuring their ability to modify said playbooks and comment tweak to their own personal style.
