I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to set up my third PRM implementation. Although I had initial doubts, it only took less than two weeks to become fully operational. The solution seamlessly integrates with Hubspot CRM and doesn't require much effort to build pages. It is perfectly suited for most partner programs and partners have found it so easy to use that we did not have to train them on it. Kiflo has also been super supportive and with helping us with any question we have had.
There are no features that we dislike in Kiflo's PRM since they have delivered everything we needed.

Additionally, for partner sales, Kilfo offers the capability to accept leads and deals from partners, share opportunities with them, and track all of this information through easy-to-use dashboards. Kilfo system makes it straightforward to plan with partners and monitor progress. As well as track different partnership programs and rewards in an easy way.
The platform is really user friendly and intuitive - for both our organization and for our partners. The Kiflo team has been available for us and hands-on in every step of the setup. Integrating it with our CRM was straightforward and really streamlines our collaboration with partners. It helps us speed up processes and provides great overviews which help us better monitor and track our joint success. Really happy with it overall.
There are some features we are still waiting for (like additional news widgets for our partner dashboards). However, these are quite specific to our needs. That being said, the Kiflo team is always open to our feedback and willing to find solutions to meet our needs.

We did the usual research and tested quite a few platform, Kiflo though was head and shoulders above the rest when it came to flexibility. As a fast growing SaaS we need something that was not only flexible but also easy to implelement. so far Kiflo has ticked all the boxes. CRM integration (Hubspot in our case). is also first class.
Pre and post sales support has been great and they have a can do attitude that has got a through any challenges.
Nothing that we dislike as such but havign a Zapier account can be really helpful for some integrations tasks where apps are not nativley supported
We are building out our sales function fast and we have a number of different partner models as well as bespoke schemes we have deployed. Kiflo has enabled the flexibility to do this without havign to rebuild pricing engines from the ground up. All partners get the same expererience regardless of whats happening under the hood

I am using the platform almost 3 months and I must say that the platform is really user-friendly and easy to use.Help Center is full of articles which replies your questions in a minute.
Integrations with 3rd party applications work very well.
Customer support also deserves a 5 star.
There is no mobile app in stores for Kiflo. I hope , in the near future, they will launch it.

Support! The Kiflo team quickly responds to any questions - within minutes or hours. The product is well built for the price point -- you get most of the features you are looking for at about 1/2 the price of competitors out there. They are constantly adding new features & keeping you in the loop on where the roadmap stands.
- Can't add multiple users to the portal at once; can't edit uploaded assets, need to delete & reupload, can't process payouts
Manual reporting on partner performance
Ease of use / ease of getting internal staff and partners onboarded. Provides all key features we are looking for such as deal reg, help centre, asset management, partner levels and business plans with a super clean and clear interface.
Excellent documentation and support. Kiflo have already implemented a few feature requests for us.
That we could start with a trial, then move to monthly then move to annual (as we did) was a major factor in our adoption. Other competitors required us to make a big up front investment, this hard because at time if purchase you can not have any of the extra integration done - which are essential (see below).
Kiflo branding in the portal is very subtle which is important as I want partners to mainly focus on OUR brand not our PRM provider!
Hard to mention any real 'dislikes' but (already communicated to Kiflo who are working on it) there could be better reporting that covers what all partners are doing, such as place where we can go to view all activities by all partners in one place, including things like notes etc. This is currently possible but only accessible by single partner or even single deals.
But I know they are working on this!
Our previous in house partner managment system was lacking in functionalities and partners only used it when they HAD to / not a great experience. It also did not provide any partner monitoring, resources, or conflict resolution, all issues which madde it difficult to keep partners interested in our solution.
Other solutions we looked at were complicated and requires us to make a big up front investment, still required integration, something we would only know that actually worked AFTER signing up.
No PRM is going to give you all the features you need that fit your exact business workflow (in our case, integration with Hubspot CRM) but Kiflo has both an excellent API and an excellent integration partner in CoMantis (www.co-mantis.com) - who were a great recommendation from Kiflo. It was CoMantis that got everything working exactly how we needed - they delivered the crucial extra 5% that made a 95% solution the 100% perfect fit we needed.
The end result is that partners appreciate the system, use it, and STAY using it and we have more of them using it week on week. Feedback has all be exceptionally good.
We have already added a license pack to increase the number of partners due to the systems success. We expect to add more soon.

Like with any software, there's a couple things that require a bit of work to get set up but, they're super helpful and are continously improving the product.

Kiflo enables the management of our partner universe in an efficient and enjoyable way. Partners are up to date, they are immediately notified about client and deal approvals and they can always access the most recent marketing information.
