Interface is easy to use. Works on mobile devices really well.

The reports can be hard to navigate, but not so bad that it’s a dealbreaker,

I am able to track attendance and food served,

I can easily access previous invoices via the accounting tab.

There is a $1 fee per invoice I pay on the site.

I can easily submit receipts for my HSA account and obtain reimbursement by finding my receipts for my son's childcare!

I like that it simplifies the payment process. No longer having to worry about writing or running out of checks.

I dislike that you are forced to tie the payments to your bank account to avoid a huge fee for the payment transaction. The $1 fee for bank account payments is nice, but it would make everyone feel better if it were to be tied to a debit card instead.

It will simplify the payment process, but you must tie it to a bank account to use an ACH transfer to avoid a hefty fee.

Using Kid Kare has simplified the payment process.
