we have been using kickserv for a few years now on a small scale about 6 months ago we brought the whole company on board we had some growing pains but Chris and Abe at tech support walked me through every question I had.
Most of the probles I have had with Kickserv have been user error or in the syncing process with quickbooks desktop. From what i understand most of these problems have been resolved with quickbooks online.

The reason I signed up with Kickserv was to better track history and billing for our customers.
We do residential new construction as well as service work and this managed to help fit both of those needs.
The inability to set terms for the customers and have it send emails/reminders based on those terms. This is the main issue that downside to switching to Kickserv from our QB billing.

I like this cloud-based service that offers a nice and flexible user interface with good colors. I specially like the always responsive support and the low cost subscription, plus this software is easy to set up and shows a lot of efficiency when using it.
For now I could only complain about certain functions that have performance and syncronization problems.
With this solution we can have free time and dedicate ourselves to other things because Kickserv made all our work easier because it is easy to create reminders, keeping us up to data, and managing our work constantly, avoiding mistakes. And grow the business for and without any problem.
I like it because it is a product that provides a good user experience due to its functions such as tracking, calendar, custom colors, good learning curve and that it offers tracking functions and it was easy to implement and manage.
I think they way it works in the browser is better than with the app.
It gives us everything we need to manage work orders, run the business, customers request quotes, we change our work system, we avoid headsaches and it is currently being used and improved every day.
I like the ease of use and that it helps productivity in tracking interaction across service and dispatching our employess in different fields and being able to run events as required by the company. I also like that it does the work in the background and gives amazing results on a day to day basis and is easy to use.
So far it is a very good product easy to handle and there are no dislikes that is why I like this great product.

The only thing I wish Kickserv had was a way of tracking inventory. However that it not what it was designed to be.
Job and work order management. Keeping everyone up-to-date with job status and problems encountered. The more information everyone has the easier it is to keep the customer updated.
