Simple way to send money from upi or bank account.

All over experience too good but only report part is missing. We can not check all over reports.

Bank account adding and payment problems now solved.

1) Well, khatabook book is one of the greatest platform for retailers .

2) It has many features like we can send a reminder message to our consumer or customer asa well as we can track our outstanding balance easy etc.

In this application (khatabook) there is not any mistakes everyone can use easy it is extremely simple.

The company should enhance the features according to changing scenario .

1))The primary issue which is settled by utilizing the Khatabook application is that we don't have to recollect all outstanding balance,charges of clients.

2) this app is a better than a Book management of system for retailers.

2. Free reminders to send to another person to get delivery of an amount

There is not much dislike for this app, but below are the basic common problem faced by me

1. Lack of tutorial to execute the app at the very first start

2. To check profile is something pretty complicated

The day-to-day life problems are easily solved by this app like

1. If small expenses are not recordable, can be managed by this app easily

2. Given or borrowed amount can be recorded easily

3. Easy transaction process provided

Kahatabook makes me easy to track and maintain accounts. It is easy for me to integrate in my domain across various locations without any hassles. Proofing and cross reading is also easier.

Since it replaces the manual notebook kind of version, customizable option, if given would be easier to integrate and establish new things.

The best thing about Khatabook is that it is available in mobile apps as well by which any shop, Kirana store owners can use this app & manage their orders & credit/debit history. No need to handle big registers to handle all credit/debit history. Simply you can enter all data in the app & your data will save in the app & can see any time by mobile apps.

I don't see any issues right now in the app but they can enhance their app user interface according to other competitive apps' user interfaces. Khatabook app is very simple to use so anybody can use this app.

The main problem which is resolved by using the Khatabook app is that we don't need to remember all credit/debits of customers. The app will do all things for you by reminding you & you can send reminders to customers as well by which they can pay the amount which is remaining from their side. The app is available in multiple languages so if any person doesn't English then they can use the app in their native languages. This supports more than 10 multi different languages. The owner can send payment reminders through SMS or WhatsApp as well.

I like the payment reminder and upi payment receiving option and payment request option. I think that functionality is not available in other compititive applications.

I can send only one reminder by khatabook and other by my GSM provider but it should be by khatabook.

Payment link also expired after sometime but it should be available for n number of days.

Yes i will say to othes to use this application because of the payment reminder and upi payment link functionality.

Because of this application payment recovery is being easy.

Earlier I forgot to take amount return from my colleague and friends but from when I start using khatabook, I am taking amount back from everyone so that was my problem which I resolved by khatabook.

Khatabook is a great payment remainder. Features like debt calculator and incoming payments from customers can be easily maintained and managed. We can even share the payment link to customers so that they can pay in no time.

Nothing, the app is simple and easy to use. Very user friendly and completely free of cost. It is one of the most used app by Indians in india. I use the app very regularly.

I recommend everyone to use it, you'll surely like it.

Many problems are being solved via this app. This app saves me time. Easy collection of payments from customers. The best part is that we can even download detail report by filtering or sorting dates.

I don't see any point to dislike khatabook.

Now keep track of payment receivable and payable easily

Earlier there was a problem of entry miss out due to pc unavailability in our mini stores.

Lot of human errors were there in maintaining manual register.

But now we can quickly save transactions in khatabook for future reference. Which help us to keep track of money owed to them.

Even we can set collection date and send reminder to customer through whatsapp and sms.

It helped us to keep track of cash transactions at mini store on mobile phone.

Using khatabook we can track our inward and outward payments which are even to those who don't have Khatabook.

Deleting a contact once added is not possible in Khatabook.

It reminds me about pending debts and credits. Also it have calling and messaging features as reminders.

Khatabook gives free physical QR codes to every customer. We can check our credit score in their app itself. Initially, we have access to the app only but now we can access their tool in the web as well. We can accept the payments or collect the payments from our customers by sending them the payment links which are generated by the Khatabook and the settlement time is instant. For accepting the payments online we don't have to set up any payment gateway, we just have to add our bank account and we are good to go.

Individuals who are using khatabook are not able to accept payments online or collect payments online from their customers.

We are using khatabook for marking daily cash flow in our business also we are taking all the entries whether it is cash out or cash in or any type of credit or debit from our business account. We haven't used any payment gateway yet with the help of khatabook application we can collect payments online and that too free of cost.
