The ability for employees to update their own bank and super details

KeyPay is super easy to use and navigate. It's easy to submit request for leave and to easily request for vacation or sick leave. Once I submit a request, my supervisor receives the request through email right away. I also love that I am able to see the leave that my colleagues are taking so I don't request the same time off as they do. That way our team can function at full capacity.

I wish KeyPay had an app which would make it even more user friendly on a mobile device. There is nothing else that I dislike about KeyPay.

I would definitely recommend using KeyPay simply because of ease of use and how it has made my life much better when requesting leave and accessing how much time I have accrued.

Other systems have been difficult for me to submit leave requests, but KeyPay makes it so easy to understand what type of leave you are requesting and how much you have accrued.

ERP integrations are reasonably straightforward. User friendly platform makes navigation much simple and effective.

Reporting outputs can be very poor, it struggles with large amounts of information and can't extract the data.

Support isnt great, emails only and no clear way of contacting someone urgently.

Can't handle more than 1,000 employees in one payrun so is ineffective for large organisations.

A simple plug and play payroll system that integrates with Netsuite and Xero.
