Keymetric is the only call tracking software we found that can track the phone calls from our marketing campaigns using our OWN phone numbers!! Telephony costs have always been a concern when researching a call tracking company because we have lengthy phone calls that use a lot of minutes. Other call tracking companies' pricing is based on numbers and minutes. With Keymetric numberless call tracking, we could use our own phone numbers and minutes, which made the service affordable for us. Finally... a solution that works and is cost-effective!
The reporting on the old platform was a bit hard to navigate, but the new platform is excellent and easy to use.

International phone numbers are very expensive, like most call tracking companies. But I found their international number-less tracking was a great alternative.

The vacation rental industry requires advertising across a LOT of different sites. Being able to track where our calls and bookings are coming from is critical for directing our advertising budget. Keymetric makes it SO easy to add phone numbers and track our different advertising venues.
Phone support would be nice - but I love that they keep their prices affordable - and their email support does a great job anyway.
Give Keymetric a try - their entry level package is very affordable and lets you easily setup call tracking. I was using a different company and paying 3x as much. I tried Keymetric and loved it - and saved a lot of money in the process. Setup was easy. Support was very quick and friendly.
We are discovering which websites and magazines are generating calls and bookings - without this service, we were only really able to track about 20% of our leads (those that filled out forms or emails) or had to harass callers to find out how they found us. Now we can identify 100% of our customer contacts (phone, email and forms) and what vacation listing sites are driving those customers.
Transparent pricing, no contracts (others are terrible about this), good integration features, and the new dashboard is excellent.
No real complaints so far. Local numbers of a particular prefix are hard to get in some areas, but that isn't a challenge unique to KeyMetric. I have used this platform in the past, and it had only gotten better recently.

I wish they would simplify their enterprise API integration a little. Their engineering team was amazing helping us tie into our reporting system though.
