The software was easy for our PMO and our developers to buy in, because the product helped to reduce standups and planning meetings while still providing the necessary updates to our managers and PMs in order to satisfy all parties. Project assignments are easily allocated and project management is a great saver of time in near real-time.

I have no reservations about the website. I am not to condemn all the applications that I test, but the program performs well and does exactly what we need to do.

Such an ad hoc approach, using methods that do not suit the amount of development projects we have in our pipeline, would have been incorporated well before I'd implemented such a turn-key product.

It was an enormous problem that we had one place to keep everything together and to see what everyone is doing with any particular project holistically. Managers can quickly see what happens to someone who is over-used and can make adjustments to any project quite easily. KeyedIn has been a welcome change in our scrum planning and helped us much more effectively visualize and monetize our developers. The graphics and project management tools offered are simple to use, easy to customize and give our team a quick return on investment.

Really intuitive. Very simple. Users will easily get up to speed. Excellent support group. They respond the same day, often within minutes of logging a ticket and are prepared to call if necessary.

The software assumes that the document author will be only exposed to high-level administrators, thereby including sensitive data in the views used to report.

We have formed a specially named team to execute KeyedIn plan. This worked extremely successfully and was handled with milestones and deadlines as a project as any other. Make sure that you negotiate for more time. Because of our participation, in the original contract we reached the agreed time.

We had a very manual way to manage tasks and associated objects before KeyedIn was introduced. We have used Excel, SmartSheet to prepare, Word for the intake of tasks, Sharepoint to be our database of documents. We now have a single system which can handle all these functions.

KeyedIn allows our art department to work hand-in-hand with our sales department by creating an organized database of both customers and work orders. Our ability to keep all the info on each individual company saves us time & streamlines the project from the start.

There are several features that our creative department does not utilize such as invoicing and production stats so it can be intimidating at first. However being able to manage each individuals rights to certain sections of the software allows you to focus on learning only the areas that benefit your department

We're creating detailed CRMs that hold all the info for each business in one area - accessible in office and on the go. The program is currently used between our 3 office locations making all info and photos readily available for people in all department. It also creates a running timeline of all projects in the works

Business and project build out is logically laid out. Best practice process is created my structuring our business around the Keyedin Projects tool. As a former user and administrator of MS Project server, there is no comparison. The supporting documentation is also excellent.

After using 3 other systems, this tool is the best.

The training documentation aligns perfectly with the tool. This is a very important factor for the successful adoption of this tool.

In many cases, we work as an extension of our client’s organization. We needed a tool to track resources, projects, time, and deliverables both for our internal team and for projects that include client resources. So while we’re a small company, we need to manage numerous projects and deadlines at any given time.

For our situation, we like the flexibility of Keyedin Projects to fit our operating environment and the project portfolio management capabilities. We prefer to initiate and plan projects at the top level and then add detail as information becomes available. We can manage as much, or as little as we need for a particular project or client.

The PPM reporting gives us an automated, big picture view of current projects, resource loading and upcoming deadlines.

The learning curve for new team members to get started is higher than a basic task tracking / project management tool such as Trello or BaseCamp. But this tool gives us the macro view of resource loading and project activity that a simpler tool doesn’t provide.

Don't under-estimate the time it takes to configure the system. Even though it is a reasonably mature cloud solution, we found there is still a lot of configuration required to make sure it all works together. As with a lot of systems, one small configuration setting can lead to unforeseen consequences further down the workflow and can take some time to resolve.

We needed a tool that allowed gave us a top-down perspective on projects and resources. For us, starting with this strategic, business level view is more important than the time consuming task of defining projects starting with the details. Instead, we add project details and resources as needed for a given project.

When we were looking to round out our ERP system, we needed a resource management system that would seamlessly integrate with our CRM and Accounting system. KeyedIn 's integration with SalesForce and Intacct met our needs and we now have only one point of entry for any piece information and the other two systems are automatically updated. Opportunities set up in SalesForce are transferred to KeyedIn os resources can be assigned. Time entered In KeyedIn is transferred to Intacct for Billing and Project Profitability tracking. KeyedIn truly rounded out our cloud based ERP by utilizing Best in Class solutions.

KeyedIn's Customer Support and willingness to understand their customer's needs and work with them to achieve their needs is superior. Unlike other software vendors,they don't try to fit your business into their software, but work with you so their software fits your business.

Better utilization of our staff based on knowing current and projected availability of staff. Enabling us to assign the best staff based on skill set and ability which maximizes customer satisfaction, while enhancing employee engagement, and project profitability.
