Ketch is a very flexible and easy-to-use platform for managing cookie consent across our website. The automatic cookie scanning and categorization saves a lot of time and makes it simple to keep everything accurate and up to date.

One of the things I really appreciated was how easy it was to configure consent rules for different jurisdictions. The platform lets you customize the banner experience based on location, and the customization options for the banner itself—colors, layout, language, and messaging—make it easy to match your brand and provide a smooth user experience.

We implemented Ktech to streamline and scale our data privacy operations, particularly around consent management and DSAR automation. While the platform itself is great and configurable. What truly set the experience apart was the exceptional support from the team . Mike was always ready to provide guidance and support.

While the overall implementation was successful. Some gaps still exist within the assessment capabilities. Which I believe is currently in development.

Automation

It bundles all the available features in an environment that is easy to manage, navigate and administer. It is lightweight to deploy compared to others available. The options to customize it are great and easy to use. The ability to get up and running on many environments at once make it a go to solution.

At the time of writing this, I cannot think of a current downside or bad experience.

Consent Management and DSAR. It is provided a go to solution across the board.

The Ketch platform has proven to be a great tool for managing data privacy and compliance. It enables our organization to efficiently collect and process privacy preferences, while also automating the fulfillment of consumer data subject requests. Although we are still in the early stages of implementation, we are satisfied with the platform’s features and functionality. One of the standout tools has been the visual dashboards, which provide a clear and actionable overview of submitted requests and compliance activities. We have also received exceptional support from our customer service representative, whose guidance and patience have been invaluable throughout the process.

The amount of information given during the implementation process can be overwhelming so having access to our customer service rep to ask questions was wonderful.

We've had an outstanding experience with Ketch as our CMP. From day one, the platform has delivered exactly what we needed, powerful, flexible tools to manage our privacy preferences across our digital properties with ease. Its intuitive interface, robust integration capabilities, and comprehensive compliance features have made it a core part of our privacy program.

What truly sets Ketch apart, though, is their exceptional service and support. The implementation process was smooth and well guided, with the Ketch team (shout out to Mike!) providing expert insights, quick turnaround times, and genuine partnership every step of the way. Post-implementation, their support has remained top-notch—responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to help us succeed.

The platform itself is easy to navigate, and Mike Carey's help through the onboarding process was exactly what we needed as our team migrated CMPs. He held weekly check in meetings with our team, making sure we stayed on track and addressed every part of our privacy setup. He walked us through each step that we required for our company requirements and ensured that nothing slipped through the cracks. By the time we wrapped up onboarding, we had full confidence in our setup and knew we were covering all our compliance needs.

No downsides to date, as of about 2 months in to our partnership with Ketch.

Ketch is helping us manage data privacy and compliance across multiple countries and regulations, across our web traffic and ultimately our app traffic.

Ketch has been instrumental in helping us simplify and communicate the complexities of our privacy policy to customers. Their platform empowered us to elevate our privacy experience, giving customers clear, hands-on control over their data. While compliance can be a challenging and often unglamorous topic, Ketch made the process straightforward and approachable. Implementation was seamless, thanks in large part to Mike, who guided us every step of the way with clarity, responsiveness, and deep expertise. The Ketch team are true thought leaders who keep us informed and ahead of evolving privacy regulations.

The hardest thing was finding them! Once that connection was made, it was easy to see how it would work and how it would address several business challenges that we had.

Ketch allowed us to put the power of consent into the hands of our customers. It has led to fewer privacy requests and let us operate in a space that is above and beyond what the law requires. Having the team as a resource enables us to feel more confident about how we are approaching privacy and consent broadly.

The onboarding with Ketch was a smooth process - when we need to slow down or speed up our customer experience lead has been a great help every step of the way. Once onboarded Ketch is easy to use and simple to understand. We love the communication feedback.

As of today there is nothing we have come across to dislike.

Improving compliance & risk management

We came in knowing very little about data management and privacy issues, and Ketch was able to work directly with us to implement a solution unique to our technical stack situation. The very knowledgeable and proactive team assigned to our account made sure that our implementation covered all of the regulatory, legal, and business areas we needed assurance were taken care of, and has continued to provide ongoing support and guidance around new and changing regulations in the field.

The only issues we've had with Ketch have involved navigation of the UI. By nature, this needs to be a complex, detailed setup, and finding our way around the platform to make sure we had every region and purpose covered required us to do a bit of double-backing, but overall a minor inconvenience, and something Ketch reps were always able to help us with.

By providing consent and data privacy management options, our users feel that their data is more secure and that they have more options around how their data is handled, and we have more confidence that we're abiding by all regulations and doing right by our customers. We're now much less worried about the confusing and ever-shifting world of data privacy regulations across the world, and have a stronger relationship with our customer base.

Easy and fast set up. Intuitive user interface.

I do not have anythign negative to say about Ketch at this time.
