Kestone virtual event platform is one of the best overall experiences I have come across. I found Kestone virtual platform is highly user-friendly, with easy navigation to look for any content/networking options.

There is nothing to dislike about Keston virtual event platform. I found it an almost perfect platform.

Although the team was quick in resolving issues but minor network/technical issues on the day of the event were disturbing.

Virtual Conferences

I think the most helpful thing about kestone is the consistent communciation. I liked that there were meetings held to discuss the event but also if something had to be changed it was easy to communicate via email and quickly done too! Communication is key and I think the communication across the team was great. This was my first time working with another platform and it was really easy to understand everything despite being new!

I think it is a very user friendly platform! Not much to dislike!

As far as benefits I like that the attendee has a virtual experience and people can still see a production despite all the speakers being in different locations. I also like that there is interactive chat/Q&A allowing attendees to interact. I think the only problem (not on Kestone) is the internet because unfortunately if a speaker has bad connection it reflects on the platform-but overall I think everything is great!

The best part about Kestone is that they have most of the capabilities to handle a virtual event on a turnkey basis. They can handle a virtual event right from the production, platform, audience building etc. They have most of the integrated event capabiilities in-house. They have a strong inhouse creative team too and helped us with a lot of custom design options that suited our needs and matched our brand guidlines. I guess they are also strong with physical events which is a plus and makes them a string sinle point event partner

I would not say that I dislike it, but if you do a virtual event, you may not be able to make last moment changes; that's the limitation of any virtual platform. We faced some issues with them in terms of audience building . Some of the attendees who registered were not relevant. I think they can do a beter job in audeince building, they nneed to have a much better qualuty control on their teams doing the sudience building

They are cost-effective and offer integrated event solutions. I suggest you evaluate multiple agencies and compare what kestone has to offer incase you are considering them for your event needs.

We were looking for an integrated agency that could handle most aspects of our virtual event. We did not want to deal with multiple agencies. This helped us have a single point of contact for all our needs. They also had a global presence which helped trying to look for international speaker and MC options. We had selected Kestone after evaluating a lot of global agencies , India based agencies i found are very flexible as compared to a US based agency

The best was the changes that i could make even at the last minute. And thanks to the team who supported us with their end to end services.

I had no problems with Kestone. Benefit from Kestone was we could engage with the larger audience remotely.

Platform was flawless, didinot face any issue during the event.

All the environments were customizable. And finally keystone Project coordinator Simon Hancock was really helpful with the timelines and last minute changes as well. Really appreciative of the customer support experience. Definitely recommended. We too will be using the Kestone platform again.

There was nothing specific to not like. The platform was very good to conduct multiple session across different screens.

We were planning to do an event with 500-600 participants online which would feel like a real event. Kestone platform actially provided us the immersive experience for the participants to move between different breakout rooms freely, access our resource materials and even chat with other participants.

We were planning to launch new products virtually and the platform did absolute justice to our expectations

The videos sometimes went blank but I think that was due to internet bandwidth issues(as told to us by Kestone team)
