Kentro has been a huge time and cost saver for us. Compared to a tool like NetSuite, functionality is almost identical at a fraction of the cost. As a data scientist, Kentro allows me to streamline my reporting processes, by consolidating all of our cross-channel metrics in one place. It is easy to pull reports with dynamic filters, allowing users to splice and dice the data as needed.

We are able to connect to all of our third-party tools, which allows for a full funnel view spanning inventory, fulfillment, marketing, finance, among many others, which has saved us countless hours of data consolidation and analysis. Additionally, the team at Kentro has been extremely responsive and effective in responding to any questions I have had. Highly recommend!

No red flags - it has exceeded expectations. Kentro has a solid foundation, with many new features on the roadmap, particularly added functionality for demand and revenue forecasting.

I would have liked a tutorial to make it easier to use the application. I needed time to learn how to enter an order and gather reports.

Kentro has made it easy for us to manage our DTC business operations and our wholesale business. The value for money is incredible considering we use it for our inventory management, raw materials management, order fulfillment, marketing orders and more. It easily integrates with our custom built software as well as with our plug and play tools like Shopify.

We have not had any issues with Kentro to date. The tech team is incredibly responsive and have been a huge help whenever we needed it.

Kentro reduces day-day operational tasks and frees up a lot of time by automatically syncing inventory from multiple warehouses.

Kentro automatically syncs data from multiple warehouses which allows for simplicity in inventory management. It has all functionalities that are required by all departments!

What is most helpful about Kentro is how easy it is to export data. I can do it in a matter of minutes, and all the information I need is a click of a button away. I like the user interface and can appreciate the reliability of the information.

There isn't anything challenging about the software. I think it's pretty straightforward to use and has all the capabilities I am looking for.

The problems Kentro is solving are purchase order tracking, which includes the shipment process and customer database, as well as shipment reporting. It benefits me greatly because I get all the information I need for my orders in one place.

I use Kentro for my Retail team and shared processes with shipping and supply chain teams. Order processing and stock management is a lot easier than before and we can keep track of orders at any time.

I don't see any downsides, maybe some of the formatting could be improved (e.g. moving left and right in order lines)

Order processing and tracking: shipment and deliveries on time have increased

Customer management: management of terms of business, addresses is easily accessible for all team members

I like best the ability to batch shipments because it allows me to ship orders in a tenth of the time it would have taken otherwise.

I would like to see Kentro add a feature that allows users to add a master tracking number for large orders that are separated by a few DCs instead of having to add tracking one by one.

There aren't any problems that I've encountered with Kentro. On the contrary, if there is a feature i'd like to see added, I simply reach out to the Director of Technology and he implements it within a few days/weeks.

I think the best part about kentro is how customizable it is. Whenever we want to add something or improve a part of Kentro or process it’s always manageable and easy to fix. The real time features and historical data is all very useful. Building reports in kentro is a huge help and being able to export them.

I can’t really think of anything that I like least about this software. It’s very practical and useful for all of our day to day needs. Nothing is a con and if there is a con it’s easy to be fixed.

I love kentro. Use it day to day almost all day and it does EVERYTHING necessary. It has helped us tremendously in variances with out inventory, traceability, and reconciliation. Without kentro our inventory department would be a disaster.

Having Kentro integrated with other Finance platforms such as Quickbooks, makes a huge difference. Many of my day-to-day work is now automated, so I spend less time doing manual entries and more time focused on what matters. It's super simple to use and has many customization options, so I get the reports I need and can build new ones or improve what we have already created.

Thus far, whenever I've found something that can't be done, there's usually a way around it. For my line of work, there are always better and more efficient ways to do things, so I'm glad that the Kentro team offers solutions to all my requests.

I used to spend most of my day doing manual entries to invoice customers; now, most of my work is automated. I review the exports to ensure accuracy, which is less time-consuming than entering them. It also means less mistakes which end up saving us $ and avoiding hefty fees on deductions from retailers.
