I like how much you can customize for our business needs. If the functionality foesnt exist, our agency can usually create it with Kentico for us.

There isn't a function to bulk delete form data without deleting the form. Not a huge deal but is a little bit of an annoyance.

As a digital agency servicing clients locally and internationally, we're exposed to many platforms and processes organisations use to manage their digital assets. Of these, Kentico delivers the best value and is a true Enterprise-grade DXP. It's straightforward to use from a content management and website administration perspective, has strong digital marketing capabilities, and the .NET framework ensures scalability and extensibility to meet the varying needs of our clients. The vendor support is also excellent.

I have no real dislikes for the platform. The continual iteration of versions has ensured features and functionality that are rarely used have been removed, which delivers a better authoring experience. The platform will not suit every organisation, but for businesses looking for a serious DXP, Kentico should be considered.

Kentico, first and foremost, helps our clients deliver personalised and engaging content to their audience across multiple channels. It's easy for them to use, handles scale well, and the onboarding and upskilling are fast. With the added benefit of in-built eCommerce and marketing automation (and email) being included, it means that when we recommend Kentico from an agency perspective, we're confident that it will deliver immediate benefits.

It's a very simple interface so it's user friendly and the amount of components you can have is great. The translation process is also made very easy and it's fast software that doesn't take an age to publish content.

The assets could be laid out more concisely. When moving an asset to another folder, if you have a lot of folders, you need to scroll through and look for the one you want. If you could have collapsable folders in this screen that would be great!

It's much faster than the last CMS we used and makes it easy to keep content organised. The search function with the filters is amazing and makes it so easy to find and edit specific content items.

Kentico is a solution for all departments. It's interface makes it easy for non-technical team members of the company to use through things such as WYSIWYG editors. It's powerful enough to give our technical members of the company the flexibility develop using their preferred languages.

We sometimes have run into issues with updating to newer versions. Troubles applying the updates or losing preferences and features in our different environments after applying updates.

Kentico is a commercial-grade CMS, and if you are a digital agency that supports its customers day in and day out, you need the same support from the vendor unlike open source options with no central support ownership.

Out of the box, the tool can be light on widgets like you would see in other CMS systems; however, this is by design and Many useless widgets was culled from previous versions.

I love the efficacy and speed of support. We had some issues with API call quantities and the level of detail and assistance was second to none.

As an enterprise platform it is a little more expensive to use, but that's a personal take, objectively it is priced better at times than other headless CMS systems.

It helps us serve (quickly) 19 language websites. It's easy to flip between languages and make micro edits. I love the content asset dashboard, as it makes finding the type of page (yes I call it a page) and language version very easy.
