"Great tool for helping with planning and tracking release train deliveries"
What do you like best?

The ease of use: really fast to learn how to use it and you can easily import features for planning, it has real time linkage to JIRA and two-way updates. Stories are quickly and easily created in JIRA from Kendis. When doing big room planning, you have visibility of all teams plans being built real time.

What do you dislike?

Not much to dislike. One improvement I recommend is to prevent the default return to the top of the screen. After maximizing the view of one team then minimizing it always returns to top of the screen.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

At least get a demo and a trial of the software, it may not have all the bells and whistles you're looking for (yet) but the releases are coming fast and it's really got a lot of functionality already that is really useful.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Ability to see dependencies across teams working on the same feature - and therefore the conversations around priority start sooner and Product can see a realistic delivery date.

"Great for Scaling Agile"
What do you like best?

In Kendis, managing and tracking program increments is easy because you have enhanced visibility into your entire project. Similarly you have a perfect overview of what the teams are doing

which also makes it seamless to track dependencies. Not to forget you can select from popular agile scaling models like SAFe, Spotify, LeSS or Nexus.

What do you dislike?

Kendis can only be integrated with Jira and reporting needs to be improved. It needs to be more detailed

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Kendis is the only Program Increment planning tool that lets you plan Agile Release Trains.

Mostly software companies rely on using multiple tools to manage their projects but with Kendis, you can manage and track everything in one place without having to switch amongst multiple tools.

"Kendis Agile - to effectively scale remote teams"
What do you like best about Kendis: Streamlining Agile at Scale?

Very easy to set up on site and host internally. There is pretty good analytics and reporting capabilities built into the tool. Very easy to assign roles and allow team members to have multiple roles.

What do you dislike about Kendis: Streamlining Agile at Scale?

The User Interface is not as appealing or modern as other platforms but it works so that is not really a big issue. I would think that this will be corrected in the next release.

What problems is Kendis: Streamlining Agile at Scale solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our goal was to have this software help us in scaling agile teams and rapidly setting up a tracking and managing platform for projects in the business.
