Kelloo ticks all the boxes for me

PROS: It is really easy to schedule and build our resource plans. Incredibly easy to use and get started. Reporting is superb and configurable. Love the what if features and capacity planning tools.

Great software for resource management and resource planning

We are a medium sized IT company and needed something to help us plan and forecast our resources. Previously we used spreadsheets which was a nightmare.

How do we use it?
- Prioritise our projects
- Forecast and plan our resource needs
- Utilisation reporting
- Resource capacity planning

More plus points for me:
- Rock solid platform it never goes offline
- Easy to set up and use
- Great support
- They listen to our feature requests
- Good price
