Overall, Kechie has been a life saver for our company. We are a manufacturing company that used to manage/track our inventory with spreadsheets and Kechie ERP has been super valuable. The ease of use and the ability for the software to be scalable for our growing company, is unbelievable. Also, they assign you a team through the implementation process and made it easy for our team.

I just wish the consolidation on the accounting side was completed.

I use it on a daily basis to manage our sales and customer relations.

The top three most critical things we need in an ERP system are : Audit Trails, a CRM for our Sales Team, ease of use, and flexibility. Kechie not only helped us in these fields but exceeded our expectations by miles!

We needed to have a system that clearly outlines who picked certain SKUs, who placed certain SKUs back in locations and accurate times when a user executed these actions are recorded and updated immediately in the system. Our warehouse management team is notified immediately for clarity which has saved us so much time and money.

Our sales team has broken sales records left and right with Kechies CRM. Even though we have only been using Kechie for a few months our workflow has become significantly more efficient and the clarity among different projects, leads etc. has been business changing for us. We are on track to have a record breaking quarter thanks to this software. The ease of use is so simple I can not stress this enough. Most of the people on our team are not the most tech savvy out there but they are practically pros at using the software already thanks to our project manager which was assigned to us when we decided to use Kechie. Another reason why this program is easy to use is that they have documentation and video on every single module which is such a relief coming from an ERP that hardly had any documentation.

Lastly, the fact that I can change any field in the software and it updates immediately has helped us so much. Since we have thousands of SKUs (some unique) being able to change attributes on the fly has been a dream for us!

If you could not tell from my review above, Kechie is simply fantastic and I would recommend this software to any one no matter what industry you are in.

PS: You always get the latest version of the software no matter how long you have been using Kechie unlike some ERP systems on the market.

The only thing I wish Kechie had would be a multicurrency option since we operate in different countries. The good thing is, our project manager notified us that this feature will be available early next year for everyone using Kechie which is a blessing for our company. Not to mention it is free for everyone using this software and not having to pay for an additional fee to have it implemented is such a relief for us.

Across the board, Kechie has solved our executive teams two biggest issues: Efficiency and record keeping. Our business has never ran smoother since switching over to Kechie.

Kechie isn't only an incredibly feature-rich ERP application, it's affordable and backed by an account management, project management and development team that is second to none! I refer to them as my genie in a bottle. Whatever I can think of to enhance our implementation, they are on it right away and the change is usually implemented within just a few days. Unlike other ERP systems, you get to work with the people who developed the software when customizing your implementation and that in my opinion is the key difference between a 6-month implementation and an 18-month implementation.

The user interface is probably the only area for improvement for this software. It is a very fast application and extremely flexible and versatile to accommodate just about any type of company in North America, however, this ability to customize everything under the sun comes with a price. The UI can be a little difficult to navigate for a new user and the graphical elements of the software need some work to make it a little more pleasing to the eyes. They are continuously improving their software though and I'm sure this is one area that they will be focussing on improving soon. There's not much else to improve!

Take it from someone who evaluated over 10 of the top ERP systems on the market in great detail, Kechie has the most features for the best value and the fastest and most thoughtful implementation around. There is no beating the service you will receive from the amazing team behind Kechie and you can rest assured that there is very little that this software can't do.

Kechie is the foundation to everything that we do. I really don't have Cons to our Kechie implementation. We were able to work through all issues thanks to the excellent customer support of the implementation team.

Change is something we are not used to as a business, but it is necessary to make better efficient processes. The MOA team helps with every step and does so for every department!

Prepare for minor or major changes to create better efficiency. As a business, you need to do this anyway. Start fresh with Kechie's all-in-one system and introduce these changes with a brand new system.

Real time data sharing is extremely important. Before, orders and inventory might not sync correctly. But with Kechie, it is synced in real time. Kechie syncs orders, inventory, finances, RMA's, etc!

The team helped us get up and running within a weeks unlike ERP implementations. The customer support has been excellent. Im glad to see that they are consistently making updates.

Kechie lack some of the features found in ERP systems. The users who are unfamiliar with ERP systems require training.

Kechie solves the problem of managing a growing company. With Kechie operations improved.

Very user friendly. Easy to navigate thru the various modules. Has given our company excellent visibility into our inventory.

Multi-currency is not yet available, however, we have been told this is currently being worked on.
