The customer support, out of the box connectors and company culture is a pleasure to work with and use. Not only that, but the UI is easy to use and perfect for data practices operating in high growth mode.

Occasionally the out of the box connectors can break and troubleshooting ad hoc arises on a pipeline. However, that's to be expected in the world of data engineering. The support team acts swiftly to help if needed.

Time from ingestion to delivery is quick and benefits working with small companies and start ups operating at rocketship speed and growth.

Impressed with the array of connectors available, the user-friendly UI, and the ability to architect an ETL pipeline super flexibly. The documentation is absolutely impressive. I was particularly blown away by their 'Generic Extractor' connector, which allows you to create pipelines to extract data from any data source with a sane API.

I did hit a couple of roadblocks along the way, and their excellent support swept in to help me move forward, with actual sample config changes that helped us achieve what I was looking for.

There's nothing that I dislike about Keboola.

We had a problem with Python version in Keboola. I don´t know how it works now.

We used Keboola for customer data migration from old to new system. We had automated process in Keboola to take data from storage - clean-add other data-save to another storage.

What we find the most helpful is the system integrations that are already built in Keboola. It allows us to connect different tools quickly and effectively. Compared to the competition, many APIs and extractors are ready to do so.

Regarding downsides, I would like to point out that Keboola is not entirely "new" user-friendly. On the other hand, it provides excellent study materials inside the Keboola academy.

Connecting different data sources and helping us transform and present data effectively. This allows us to automate our reporting processes and increases time effectiveness.

The simplicity of usage, very intuitive GUI and the possibility to process even complex data tasks. Their helpful support is the best all over the world - I always have a response within 24 hours, but typically it is within two hours.

The quality comes with a price, so I think it is the biggest issue. It could cost quite a lot if you don't manage credit consumption. On the other hand, you could use the mode with prepaid credits.

Typically it helps me to get data from different data sources - databases, FTP sites, ShareDrive and other formats like database tables, CSV and xlsx files, JSON, REST API etc. I am independent on internal IT department.

Keboola creates a hub for all data processes. It is a good starting point for any analysis and creates a sense of order. Pre-coded extractors, schedulers, and both SQL and python (or R) are available.

Like any other product, Keboola is always "in progress" and it still has some work in order to become truly the most powerful tool to use. However, it is absolutely enough to create everything you need to process data and the "incompleteness" is more about tweaks and nice-to-haves.

Data storage, job scheduling, data cleaning, data analysis, data science... It's the starting point to everything I realistically need.

Keboola is a nice tool for data management. It is very intuitive even from the beginning of usage. It offers many custom components to import/export data and also the possibility to create your own. Data manipulation is also simple - with SQL, Python, or R.

As data grows orchestrations are begging quite complex. This issue may solve the newly added dbt transformation layer. Other minor issues are not worth mentioning.

We use Keboola mainly as a base for reporting to the whole company, and also for the various analysis for management. Last but not least we use KBC for exporting data to external subjects.

When using multi-project architecture, data lineage becomes an issue, so it would be great to solve it with Keboola. Another thing I would like to improve is the way transformations and workspaces are connected.

Easy data integration and quality testing. Since we extract data from many data sources, we need to harmonise them to have a usable clean dataset.
