We used Keatext for an analysis of a high volume of app store reviews. With a condensed timeline, we were able to easily see groupings of themes and understand relationships by digging into the individual data and correlations. The dashboard gave us different ways to slice the data for analysis and determine where to focus our recommendations and further exploration. The onboarding was thorough and very accommodating to our specific needs, and we appreciated the excellent customer service experience throughout the term of the project.
If we had more time on the project we could have further updated the models to improve the accuracy of the analysis we were seeing but I would have liked a simple way to correct groupings of themes more quickly.

Customer service is obviously a big focus of the team and they offered us training and regular meetings to make sure we were getting everything out of the product during our 14-day trial. The team's patience and guidance was outstanding as they sought to make sure we understood the power of the platform. The platform has a great focus, especially the way the analysis was framed into topics and opinions. However, what really stood out was the use of 4 larger categories other than simple sentiment that framed the information an opportunity each topic and opinion pair represented. We weren't able to really use it to import more data over a longer period but the features that showed trending of a topic or opinion between two time periods looked promising.
Could use more trend reporting across periods and clearer ways to tag situations that need focus. The use of the data was clearly focused on helping analysts find actionable information but reporting for individuals that need a distilled version of what the comments say was harder to formulate. However, the mentioned the ability to create dashboards that might have made it more beneficial for that but we didn't get to that need before our trial ended.

Some areas within the tool are a little clunky or less intuitive than I might prefer. Some additional overall/macro-level analyses would be helpful.
