In addition to Karma being a solid solution from the start, their team have been remarkably responsive to our ideas and frequently add features based on customer feedback. Their support staff are top-notch. The few times I’ve had to contact the desk, they’ve responded within minutes, even on weekends and late evening.
There isn't much I can say against Karma. If I had to choose (and this ONLY because I have to say something) is that some of their reporting features could be enhanced.
Our organization is very project-oriented and requires coordinating projects among several different parties. We tried several CRMs before Karma, and either they were much too complicated for our needs or they weren't able to support the specific lifecycle our projects go through. Karma hit the sweet spot between functionality, user-friendliness and flexibility.
Very easy to use. Not bloated with features 99% of people will never use. All my info is stored in the cloud and accessible from any device 24/7. Also, support from the company is great. I haven't had that many issues, but any time I've had a question I've always received a prompt and courteous reply.
Nothing really. Their product is reasonably-priced and meets my needs.
When evaluating CRM software, try and find a company that offers a *free trial*. Not a free trial with limited functionality. You want to take a test drive on a fully functioning version. This is one of the main reasons I ultimately chose KarmaCRM. I tried out many different CRM's and I found most to be WAY too complicated, with a steep learning curve ... and I'm very tech-savvy. But I'm busy (probably like you) and I don't have hours and hours to try and figure out how something works. A well-designed product should be "intuitive" and relatively easy to use. That's what I like about KarmaCRM.

I really liked the simplicity of Karma CRM. It has easy features to help reach our customers with features like contact lists, follow-up and to-do lists.
I disliked the whole layout / setup of Karma CRM. I would like to see an improved UI with Karma CRM but everything else was looking good.
Nothing really, it was just that the employees were having a tough time navigating through the application, so that's why we decided to ditch it.
Really just making the workflow a lot more pleasant and smooth. It helps when all the features we need as a business to interact with a customer is only a few clicks away.
If you want to create a non-sales process of the works that you should have after signing a new contract with your customer or you can perform many services such as preparing a production template of the works to be done by different users before your company buys the goods. With KarmaCRM, you can easily create task templates for anything or more. You can be sure that you can automate your business and do everything without leaving it systematic.
When creating a customer or making a deal for the customer, the contact information is not copied. Therefore, you must enter information in each field. In addition, the mobile application gives very little information and you can not quickly get the information of the person you edit.
KarmaCRM is easy and convenient, with email tracking, APIs, third-party integrations, internal notifications, permissions, everything you'd expect in a modern CRM. One of the best features of KarmaCRM is the Dashboard. Basically, you can create a control panel with multiple widgets, each set to display the information you should see.
Each user can easily customize his or her personal dashboard so that it does not display one or more subgroups of information they need to do their job. Not only is it difficult or impossible to do in other CRMs, it also gives your users a sense of control over how they do their jobs. They can customize the Personal Dashboard to show only the information they want to see, the shape they want to see. You can also hide what they don't need to see.
This is a simple, intuitive, and user-friendly program which makes it a great option for small businesses. It provides a way to centralize and organize all of your customer information so you can stay on top of all your calls, emails, Etc.

I like that this CRM is designed with professional speakers in mind. It's relatively easy to use (once you've acclimated to their terminology and layout), and the ability to upload .csv files is priceless.
It's a bit clunkier than I would expect, and I've had to report a number of bugs and other needed improvements. They've been responsive, just not quick to fix everything.

I like that I can schedule emails to be sent later, and check a box so that it adds a follow-up task if I haven't heard back in a defined period of time (that I set). The ability is there to add gigs and track the progress of those, but I haven't used it yet.

The user interface has not been updated in many years, so it has a dated look and feel.
