I have taken their SMS service previously. They are swift to respond and their PMs are always helpful to get the best and correct data to the clients. The delivery rates and latency of their SMS service are pretty good too in terms of other competitors. Their integration takes minimal effort and all the modern-day SMS click-tracking features are available on their dashboard.
There is not much to be disliked about the platform. The only thing is their pace of onboarding vendors can be improved.
In my previous organization, I had taken their SMS service and in my current company, I am working with them to create a WhatsApp bot feature.
The Twixor UI of Karix is easy to use and offers multi-level control for WhatsApp campaigns. The UI for approving WABA templates is also very easy to use --- live status of approval of templates can be seen on the approval portal. While campaigns are scheduled, I can go through multiple levels of approval before the communication sending starts.
The live data of campaign performance is easy to view on the Reports panel. I can easily add dimensions and cuts on the bulk data to arrive at aggregrate meaningful measures when I use the data everyday to check campaign performance of last day. I use the platform everyday download campaign reports everyday very easily.
While implementing the platform, initially I faced issues with mapping the templates correctly on MoEngage but eventually it was resolved.
WhatsApp CTA and Call Button data is not available on the Reports panel. The customer support team is not at all reponsive. Service requests get delayed for hours and even days, tickets get closed without even attempting to solve my queries or problems.
The UI for building chatbots is very cumbersome and not at all user-friendly and if assigned, the Karix team takes more than a week to build it and asks for exorbitant charges for such projects. The customer support team further delays the processes by not ensuring a seamless communication with internal teams.
Even basic callback reports are not available when I push the campaigns on Karx through MoEngage integration. For Chatbot journeys, stage-wise conversion data is not trackable.
Karix.io serves as our easy-to-use platform for all WhatsApp Business communications, both inbound communication and outbound broadcasting. I also use the OBD (Voice IVR) subscription of Karix at times to launch Outbound IVR Campaigns.
No challenges faced with the product. We use the API for sending sms. Its a 2 way channel where the customer sends us an SMS and our team responds to them via an API
The customer service is very poor. They dontnhave an understanding of the tasks done within the same team

I am stunned by the fact that there are still companies/people who value money over customers. Yesterday, I had the worst experience with one of our service providers. Karix
One of their senior sales executives denied recharging our account with SMS credits stating that he can't process our request without us initiating the payment first when I reached him at a late hour after getting multiple emails from our customers on sms issue.
This gentleman continued to deny our request stating that it is their company norm not to renew any account, although I reached him at a late hour since it is an emergency as our services to our customers were getting affected.
After an umpteen number of emails & follow-ups, he processed our request in a short time of 7 hours. Isn't that amazing.
We fed up with the way that they responded when we needed their support at a crucial time. We immediately reached out to a customer-centric vendor and moved on without a second thought.

I will definitely never recommend Karix to anyone because their worst service.
I don't think they've resolved any business problem apart from providing a general sms service which all the vendor in the market does in a efficient way better than these guys.

it is an worderfull ui panel to work with no diffculites, we have used karix for more 3y. there is no complication executing the bull campiagns via API or panels.

we can execute bulk campigns for karix panel in shot there limite for executing campigns, which allow us to gain more converations. we are using Karix for both IVR and SMS.
