A very robust system. Good value for the price.
Customer service is a bit slower with the growth, which is understandable.
Kareo allows me to have all needed functions in one platform, even Telehealth.

Userface is user friendly, not overly complicated or difficult to navigate which is most important to me. Easy to switch between different tabs and find what you're looking for.

The EHR is easy to use and understand. Clinical documentation is easy and concise.
I use Tebra everyday and it is very reliant and rarely is slow.
The only downside is when Kareo was switching to Tebra, it acted slow a lot.
They helped me log into the desktop version of Kareo so I was able to do billing encounters.

Sometimes it takes a long time to open certain patient accounts that are long time patients with a lot of data.
