What do you like best about Kapture CX?
The solution has been very easy to use and the Kapture team is always available for support, 24*7. We've had some customizations also built around the core product with sophisticated integrations and Kapture team has been all ears on our requirements, concerns and delivered really well.
What do you dislike about Kapture CX?
Their customer support and the account teams are great to work with and we did have good change management and onboarding experience. But a few more proactive webinars spread across the year or training sessions for new features would be a good initiative for Kapture
What problems is Kapture CX solving and how is that benefiting you?
With onboarding Kapture, we're making sure all customer contacts are within a single platform. Because of which the team ends up spending much less time switching tabs around various systems.

Kapture has a few downsides. Setting it up can be tricky, and it doesn’t integrate with all tools. At times, it can be slow, especially with lots of data.

Kapture Review on Chats Support
What do you like best about Kapture CX?
We used kapture for the tracking our reqeust of ticket which was grnrated by the advisor, For eg, within 7 days how many delay reqeust has been raised and how many was resolved by the team.
What do you dislike about Kapture CX?
Most of the time it work smooth but some time we faced error while creating a ticket with our whatsapp chat tool
What problems is Kapture CX solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using kapture to raised a ticket for the customer on chat which we are assing to concern team to resolved the reqeust such as logistics delay, and refund request and many complain whichever we need to assing this to any department to take action.
