So far, it’s one of the easiest systems I have used for home heath therapy. Allows me to chart anywhere with using my phone!

Great Technology team willing to respond to and meet the needs of a challenging regulatory and market environment. No other software has been able to come close to meeting our diverse business requirements.
I would prefer a greater effort to manage our account to success. We've been allowed to make some mistakes that could have been avoided with a greater engagement by their account management in more forcefully encouraging adoption of best practices.

I like that I can login to access records from just about anywhere. KanTIme University was really helpful in learning the system.
1. The location tracking does not always work via mobile. I cannot log my location in the event the tablet at the client's house is down. I can track my location with my tablet just not my cellphone for some reason even when given tracking permission.
2. The intake and output total for shift fields have to be manually calculated. While this seems like such a small task when you have a large number of intakes to track over a 12 hr shift it's easy to miscalculate the end totals.
We use this product for all of our charting and scheduling. We also receive inter-office communications via our inbox.
I like the dashboard. Very east to use, user friendly. You are able to access without any internet, that is great for disaster planning. Kantime insurance verification is linked to our insurance vendor, so we are able to verify a patients insurance without leaving KanTime. KanTime also runs automatically insurance verifications weekly. This eliminates us from seeing patients that do not have current insurance.
I would for Kantime to be up -to speed with the many changes with CMS. I will also like Kantime to have monthly sessions, to teach us how to better use all the new features. We often get a 200 page update but we never have time to review.
I would like KaTime, to also offer free webinars.. Regarding the changes in home health in regards to the new regulations. I would like to see KanTime ahead of the game. Ensuring all employees in the technical support dept. are also knowledgeable.
Kantime makes it easy to review what payments that are pending. Its also very easy to submit the required reports to the state i.e. CAHPS report, Kantime makes it very easy to communicate with the staff and track the response. I can also assign a task to myself which is great. You can also built your own reports.
Time efficient, video tutorials available on the website
I didn't like that goals couldn't be edited, but they have fixed that!

The system is very easy to navigate, I was able to switch my view easily as well which was refreshing. The software can be utilized efficiently and I can recommend its use to anyone.
I felt that the appearance of the software should be upgraded. It could look more modern with a fresher look.
The software is easy to implement and should be recommended to all other end users for their healthcare management needs.
Benefits include use of integration of the software with our current medical management systems.
I really appreciate that the software is updated to reflect changes made in policies. It's very helpful for our agency.
There are certain features that we don't use and I would like to be able to turn off.
Kantime definitely has most of what we need for running the entire business within it's capabilities. I like that we only have to go one place for most of what we need.
It's scheduling module is wonderful and easy to use

I like that it is web based but also has a documentation system for when you are in rural areas. I like the reporting provided that is before items or due.
I dislike the oasis clearing system. I would like it to be enhanced so that the oasis clearer could simply send an email to accept the changes or decline the changes and then that update the oasis. I also would like faster response or finishing of things that get sent to customer support.
Best software I have used so far.
The reporting has really helped us with not needing to manually track so many items. The web based software is so much easier and faster to get documentation into the system on a more timely manner.
