The product is very flexible, allowing you to configure cards, columns, swimlanes, and boards in whatever configuration your team needs. It also has a very rich set of APIs so that you can integrate it with any other tools your team uses. The support team is outstanding, quick to answer questions and provide examples. The support knowledge base has great answers and is very good at matching your questions to correct answers. The development team delivers new functionality every month, and there's always something in there that makes me glad to use the new release. An excellent product in every sense.
The rich and complex functionality is a big pill to swallow if you're at KMM level 0 or 1. However, if you keep it simple and do the absolute minimum that you need to do to start using it, you can overcome that daunting mountain of functionality. Kanbanize provides a series of nice intro videos to help you do that.

Use the knowledge base/support site--it's outstanding
Build one or more test/sandbox boards and play with them
We have standardized key workflows with Kanbanize and are using it on a daily basis to help everyone prioritize their work and focus on those things that need attention right away. It also helps us to provide visibility across teams for all work in progress. We use it to organize and manage our Objectives/Key Results and to provide visibility to the job flow process within our scheduling and production departments.
This tool is great to visually see the process of your project and which steps are left; visability is great and ability to link cards is very helpful
pricing is expensive, but not too bad considering the amount of users
use this for lean management and analytics; a little more sophisticated than average project management tool
Getting the bigger picture of a project and increasing visability; a benefit has been evaluating the efficiency of the project

Kanbanize team.
A convenient tool for managing tasks and projects, employees and functions of the joint interface. Kanbanize allows you to balance the work processes, keep time management and assess the staff. And also create several permissions, establishing a hierarchy within all communication. Plus, you can print and export data to Excel, even create graphs and charts for analysis. Contains well-developed functionality for analytics. There are a number of other features, such as setting privileges and user roles, custom fields, integration with Email, mobile application, task statuses and much more. Integration with the Jira, Github, Gitlab. The possibility of assessing the status of the project and management of sprints.
In my opinion this is a very good handy tool, but this program is only for use on large projects. On medium and small projects you will not need all the functionality. The pricing policy is monotonous, there is a test period and only one tariff plan, not quite cheap. Free tariff is not provided. The possibility of assessing the participants' engagement, forecasting, tracking progress, estimating and recording costs, and delegating tasks has not been developed.
I recommend to automate workflows in a large project.
Sharing documents among workgroups and integrating with version control systems. Visual project management, notification of any changes in the project.
I've been using Kanbanize for the last 4 months with my team. Kanbanize has truly done their homework and struck the right balance between providing a great amount of flexibility while maintaining the ability to pull reports of just about any type you can imagine. Favorite features include creating my own card templates and customizable fields.
The lack of ability to customize existing analytic reports by adding fields.
If you're looking for something other than an outdated spreadsheet or other variations thereof, try Kanbanize. Their technical support is amazing and they walk you through every aspect. Their free trial is also quite generous.
I manage research projects and it's difficult to accurately resource our team. Logging project time is very easy with Kanbanize. The wide variety of reports is certainly one benefit, but again, the primary benefit is the level of flexibility.
The software has numerous helpful features that bring the best out of the Kanban world. We specifically like the ability to easily connect multiple boards and put all our projects on display so we can track their progress. The tool gathers historical data which we can analyze in their Analytics module and find inefficiencies in our process.
There isn’t much because when I have a technical problem, the support team is always there. However, some first-time users might find it hard to implement as there’s a learning curve.
The software is a great solution for workflow management and scaled Agile implementations through the Kanban method. I recommend first-time users test the product to its full potential during the free trial, take a look at the resources on their website, and have a product demo. There are a lot of hidden gems that can be missed if you don’t know where to look.
Lack of transparency on mid and top-level management is one of the main problems we’re looking to solve with the product so we can support our scaled Agile implementation. We also want to track flow metrics and create forecasts for future project completion.
I like the ability to manage various projects at once, assign tasks and follow progress throughout all stages of development. It's great that you can set privileges by individual user.
It can be confusing to use at first, but there are plenty of tutorials.

Finding a way to better organize and manage projects, especially when many teams are involved.
Great way for different departments to keep track of bugs & issues. Our development team uses this software to keep track of all of the bugs and user issues within our platform. My department is able to put in problems and then keep track of them.
It can sometimes be difficult to track where cards are since you can have so many rows and columns. A better tracking system and maybe a way to "nudge" a card to be completed would be helpful on my end. Also, the inability for Kanbanize to integrate with some of our other software like Asana makes it difficult to streamline our support.
Definitely figure out a system with whoever else uses it to try and make it as seamless for all parties involved, especially if different departments and roles are using it for different things.
My department uses it to put in support tickets and problems that our customers are facing so that our development team can fix them and we keep our customers happy. I have realized that it can be hard to manage all of the cards that we are putting in and it is difficult for them to go through them quickly.
Fairly easy to set up, simple design, open API allows for easy integration with other apps
not much lately, except for when a patch update happens sometimes it can break existing automations
integration with other apps, it is our way of managing project and work

Easy to integrate and to use platform, easy to organize tasks, write up comments on them, follow progres, come back to something older and view what's happened. Simple and intuitive tool to use, best of all I have ever used. Good and quick customer support too. I use the tool every day and wouldn't trade it for another, if possible.
Has so many options, haven't found anything I am missing yet.
Organizing my tasks, follow their progress and status.
