Fantastic organisation of works with brilliant sharing of data, live updating within teams, colour coding of items and all features you can want and more from a kanban board.
Not a lot, the only piece would be a native app but that's somewhat countered by the standalone web app. The only other thing is the ability to start/stop timers for tracking time on work tasks.
You can stop looking if you are searching for a multi-user, flexible kanban board that works incredibly well with GSuite
We are a small team and often have to "pick up the slack" especially with admin tasks. Kanbanchi helps us track who is doing what and updates in real time are critical to this.
What are the best aspects of this product?
The reason why I learned the Kanban method is to get rid of sticky notes and whiteboards, and that's what Kanbanchi did for me. I work across several platforms, and I customize each according to my needs. Then, I share the version I want with my colleagues or my friends. At the office, Kanbanchi is my project tracker, and I use it to restrict the number of tasks performed simultaneously.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The way the web app works now, there is nothing to complain about. I would like to see a better mobile version, but I think they got hands around it already.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Kanbanchi convinced me that the secret of success is proper communication-I work on several projects at a time, but I'm never confused with the tasks I have to perform, both current and future ones. The program connects the tasks in a single progress pipeline for every project, and it includes an editing option. Finally, all teammates are working together to develop a common strategy, since Kanbanchi is our online whiteboard for brainstorming.

What are the best aspects of this product?
And I mean it! It works! As far as I am concerned, this is the most intuitive and easy to use tool you could possibly find for free. A single click, and you have your own digital dashboard to take care of your projects and tasks. Integration makes it more perfect. The only thing you could compare to it is Jira Agile, but there is too much nonsense involved there too.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It's good, but I'm still working out how it is unique. I really can't understand why there are no gannt charts, time tracking, or reporting features. While I sincerely hope those are on their way, I'am afraid they are going to take away the simplicity of the program.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We replaced Jira Agile with it, in order to make project management simpler. Good decision, even if I'm missing some essential features. I'm going to stick on it for now.

What are the best aspects of this product?
Never seen a better integration with Google Apps, that's for sure. I think every current user can confirm it. None of my employees had to create a separate account, I invited them using Google profiles and I gave them direct privilege to download and upload documents. We used Trello before, but this is really a revolution in our project management. Customization is also cool-it enables me to change dashboards according to the purpose, and to add eye-attractive tags. Overall, aestetics have really been thought of. It also means that you can create a visual hierarchy of tasks-different background or text colors for more or less important tasks.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would be disrespectful to say whatever here, considering that I know how the Kanbanchi team works, and how much they care to improve features based on our feedback.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I never thought it was possible to solve so many complicated projects packed with even more complicated tasks in such a short time. It took me ages to clean 'administrative mess' so that I could see the whole picture, but that's not an issue anymore. I am so glad that my team got access to all dashboards, and a direct possibility to contribute towards the progress of our work.

This tool has been a great resource to use with my team. We all have access to see what items are pending to be completed and are able to note things to do for each other. This has been a cost-efficient way to ensure we don't miss anything and have coverage when one member of the team is out.
That when I mark something as done it doesn't remove it from the lane. It would be great if it would be hidden or moved automatically to a done lane.
Missing items when someone is out and creating to do's so items are not forgotten throughout the day. Saves on paper as well.
What are the best aspects of this product?
We didn’t perceive it as a new system-it integrated easily with Google drive, and since all of our team members have Google accounts they got instant dashboard access without having to create new profiles. A valuable feature is also that it saves several dashboards in one set, meaning that with a simple bookmark on the URL in the address bar, you can open all of the dashboards you used at once. Besides, there is a great support team behind, curious to receive feedback and eager to reply.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Even if I don't pay that much importance to the mobile interface (I use my phone just to look for contact information), I can notice that the product is almost useless that way. However, being able to use Kanbachi on the phone is a great improvement, compared to few years ago when they didn't even consider the idea. The tablet experience is much more advanced (I have a 10'' tablet), even if I'm still discovering some annoying bugs to report to the support team.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
As a software development company, we like Kanbachi because of the way it helps us deal with several projects at the same time. Each member of the team knows exactly what to do, and has an idea of which tasks are prioritized for a particular period. One of the things I like the most is that whenever someone comes across a bug, he opens the bug column and adds a card assigned to the person that is most adequate to deal with it (even when it's them).

What are the best aspects of this product?
I recommend it because I've never used a simpler and more user-friendly Google App than this. You will also be surpirsed by how easy project management becomes once you have all users on board to discuss with. Besides, you follow progress from the comfort of your chair, and that's a fair deal for economizing efforts and time. It also stores my files, I can't possibly explain how satisfied I am with that.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Too good is no good, at least when it comes to Kanbanchi. I haven't experienced a huge problem so far, but I think that the program will stumble on the first complex project you put inside. Still, don't take this for granted, I'm just guessing. A feasible improvement could be Gannt charts, I am waiting for the team to take this into consideration.

I'm no longer alone in project management, and time is no longer an issue. The main reason to choose Kanbanchi over every similar program is the easiness of sharing information, and I would still go for it even if it wasn't free.

First of all, you see your tasks. Secondly, you invite people to check them, and you assign each to a particular person/group. Thirdly, you follow progress and you stay in communication with all teammates which is great for problem prevention. That's the easiest way to describe Kanbanchi-it does everything!

I won't complain at all because I am perfectly aware that Kanbanchi is a starter, and I see great potential in this platform to offer features that ease business.

Our business benefited incredibly from this app. We use it as a smart whiteboard that displays all projects, tasks, and participants. Downloading has been of utmost importance to our activities, because we are an educational institution that administers different students involved in all sorts of projects, and we need to be clear with their checklists and deadlines.

What are the best aspects of this product?
The Google Apps integration is marvelous, especially if you want to make sure there will be no misunderstandings with colleagues.There is a great calendar displaying every task, and everything is done in an easy and intuitive manner, something like using post-its on steroids (even if you've never met Kanban software before). In addition to pushing tasks on schedule, you can add a checklist for each task and measure its progress while it is being accomplished.

Nothing so far, and I am saying this above board.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I'm managing two growing start ups, and that used to make time efficiency impossible at times. I honestly believe I wouldn't be doing half of the things I do if it wasn't for this program. The team appreciates it too, because nobody is asking them to use tenths of different systems for their day-to-day activities, everything is integrated. Then, I am also able to stay in control of my tasks in real-time, and I even invite new Google App users to collaborate without having to create an account for them.
