I simply like Kanban Tool. It's easy to understand, very intuitive to use. It's great advatage is that one Kanban board may be shared by several people (up to 10), more, it's easy to present it to more people on screen. I love time tracking too, helps me to control my co-workers work time without observing them perpetually ;) The only disadvantage is that you have to pay for Kanban every month. I would prefer to pay much higher amount of money but one time, not once a month. But the month price that's quite low somehow recompense this inconvenience

Great Platform

Using a Kanban tool has been incredibly beneficial for organizing my tasks and streamlining workflows. The platform is notably user-friendly, which has made it intuitive to navigate and utilize effectively. Its simplicity doesn’t compromise its functionality; instead, it enhances the overall experience.

Easy start, grow while using

PROS: You can start really easy and grow while using. The Setup is made very fast and the Powerups helps to not overload your Board. But the most useful feature which I didn't find anywhere else so far: you can show the ToDo-List of every card in the Board from the Beginning (always on). You don't need to expand it every time you want to look whats to do. Great feature! There are a lot of other Features, check the Powerups in Settings. I'm using Kanban-Tool also for personal Plannings (f.e. Holidays etc.). Function Requests are also gladly received and processed by the support and development team. CONS: Dependencies between Cards/Tasks could be better visualized.

I've been using Kanban tools since some months and it has become an essential piece of daily work. The main interface and primary setup options might seem basic, but once you get used to it, you discover its full potential. Essentials and more if you want

By far, my favorite thing about Kanban Tool is it's minimalist approach. It doesn't feel cluttered. The "Power Ups" add functionality as needed, leaving the interface free of unnecessary utilities. This makes my workflow streamlined. I haven't needed or wanted another program since I started using Kanban Tool.
