I love how easy the platform's interface is to use for anyone. As an entry-level employee at my company, this was a great first system to use for someone entering the workplace and learning about invoicing.
There's nothing that I don't like about Kalo.
It's been great for organising freelancer invoices. It's also easy to catch and fix mistakes made by users.
I like being able to click on people's portfolio or linkedin links easily. As well as contact info easily available.
I don't like that we need their email address to add them and also don't like that the profile gets locked from additional editing if someone updates their profile.

Before using Kalo, our office was dealing with a conglomerate of Google Sheets, Paypal, extraneous documentation, and another client platform. Now we're more organized than ever. Our freelancers are happy, and most importantly, so is our editorial AND finance teams.
We wish that there were more options for reporting that were included with the software.

What do you like best?
I love how easy Kalo makes it to create assignments, assign a person and a due date. It's definitely improved my workflow!
What do you dislike?
There are a few weird glitches in the software. For example, sometimes after approving a task, the option to submit the invoice does not come up. I also wish it were possible to create one invoice per person at the end of the month instead of having each task have separate invoices.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It's much easier than email to communicate with the people I work with.
