It's intuitive to use. The forms were easy to build. I can pull good data from it.

There are no dislikes to Perform, it does everything we need it to do at present.
We now have a solid performance management system in place which we can report on and show the business exactly where we are at the end of year reviews.
Kallidus Perform gives us clear sight of the objectives that are being worked towards, the progress that people have made, and the alignment to corporate strategy. It also gives accountability back to individuals to manage their own performance and development. It also helps us understand how mid-level to senior managers have progressed towards objectives and KPIs and this allows us to make more objective decisions on discretionary reward which is linked to these objectives.
Currently Perform does not send reminders to users or managers when objectives and tasks have gone overdue (like Learn does) so it can be trickier to build user engagement with the platform - I understand that this functionality is coming soon. Also Perform sits on a different platform to Learn so users have to access them separately, again this is changing so managers will be able to view their teams learning and performance all in one place

It is incredibly simple for learners to use. There is no need for user guides as the whole system is very intuitive for the learner to use. Reviews can be created and changed very easily by the admin of the system.
The system recently went down during a review period, but Kallidus communicated through and it was resolved quickly.
I would recommend it to anyone looking for a new LMS.

I like the visibility through a team structure as a head of department, the oversight I have of the hierarchy of teams that report into me via a management team. I enjoy the ability to share input from both sides, allow for edits and review and the requirement for final sign off is particularly useful.
Viewing the indepth Objectives and Development items can be tricky when performing a review and I find that I need to have two browsers open, one for my comments and one for review of the Objectives or Development items so that I can expand and see in full, with comments.
It would be good if we could have auto-tracking of items that we could customise outside of Objectives and Development such as a more granular "Action Items" list for day to day performance as opposed to longer term objectives.
Great tool when combining performance and learning. Easy to use and intuative. Ability to set up scheduled meetings and reviews which keeps you on track and reduces admin is essential.

When we first moved to Perform it was not connected to the other LMS system Learn. But recently Kallidus have connected the two systems.
With the success rate we have experienced with reviews across the business, I would definately recommend this product.
