Very intuitive to use, little training needed for the end users within the stores. Very simple to navigate between sections. Even better now that they have integrated both Learn and Perform. Making it even easier for the end user.

Perhaps a bit more flexibility for the admin user in terms of modifications. I would also like the system to be able to accommodate MP4's.

I have never regreted my decision to move across to Learn.

Kallidus learn is easy to use, has great functionality and looks professional. Learners love it!

The reporting function is complex and does take some getting used to.

Learners can access at any time from any device and do bitesize learning. Kallidus created content is informative and engaging. It's easily accessible and easy to use, learners love it and can manage their own learning. As a business we can track and issue learning more easily and manage our mandatory training.

The ease of Implementation, combined with the simplicity of the platform makes it easy to use, even from day one.

Kallidus has been great at meeting requirements during busy business compliance department combined with the fact it has everything you need for new and existing members of staff to start, or keep on top of their AML training modules.

The customer support received over the past 4 years has been fantastic. In terms of Frequency, we use Kallidus for all annual staff training and for new starter training.

Kallidus has many great features, all of which are easy to use and easy to integrate, and are supported by a great customer service team and fantastic, prompt, relationship manager.

I can't fault Kallidus. It gives you manual access and substantial training records to utilise.

We can meet regulations in a simple, straightforward fashion. We are assisted along the way with excellent customer service.

Easy to see what staff have done and not done. Easy to use, clear for staff, good range of topics which cover a broad area of our H&S policies, which gives me confidence that our workplace is safer becuase of it.

Uploading new staff and generally administrating the system can be a little less intuitive. It isn't hard by any means but having to download and upload csv files to make changes makes it a little more involved.

It is a straightforward easy to use platform that has taken a lot of H&S pressures away from our staff, giving us expertise in areas that we didn't otherwise have.

I am solving Health and Safety problems mostly. it is great for making sure staff have been informed and trained correctly, knowing that what they learn is up to date best practice. It is really helpful for me to get a better idea of what we need to implement practically.

Reporting! I have to do this monthly, and it's so, so easy!

Haven't come across anything I dont like as yet!

Its a great system if you want something easy to use. It also has to be easy for staff that do not have much computer experience, and our Nurses have had no issues!

Keeping on track of new starter compliance training, and out of date training for current staff!

I like how easy the platform is to use. I have been using this for my team training since January 2021, and it is very user-friendly and easy to manage. I add the new team members myself and have also found the help team very friendly if I ever have any queries.

I have to import new users via a spreadsheet. Sometimes I only have 1 new person to add at a time so it would be easier to add them via an add button on the platform instead of entering their details on a spreadsheet and then uploading.

I would recommend to anyone interested. It has been a great year, and my team has completed the course.

I registered for the anti-bribery training for my team as this is beneficial for everyone to study. At the end of the course, each member gains a certificate to save a copy to their training records.

Reporting suite is really hard to use. Some snags with changing documents that are part of a course (lessons). Leavers remain booked on events and not automatically being removed. Managers not being able to assign all courses to members of their team.

Think about which other systems you want to link to. Automate as much as possible. Only put quality people data in. Consider which reports are most useful to schedule.

Learners being able to manage their own training - especially self selecting e-Learning, booking/cancelling courses. Managers are monitoring course compliance. It reduced admin burden.

I can upload course materials , classroom sessions and recorded webinars to create a blended learning approach . We run many technical updates to our staff and being able to offer elective lessons for either attending a live on line session or watching an upload of the recording is allowing us to deliver training to far more users.

I find the reports a little hard to create

In the early days don't be frightened of contacting support as they are very helpful even when you feel you are asking daft questions. Use the resources on the Zen Desk as they are invaluable and take advantage of the free training place offered each year.

People are more engaged with their own learning and development as they have a view of all of the courses on offer and can book themselves onto a course.
