1.Sometimes kaleyra login automatically logout while working.
2.Need to improve in dailerpad option sometime we need to select callerid manually.
3.I don't have much negative about this platform.
we tried to connect with the customer but that time the customer didn't pick the call.But once he is available customer have the option to callback our number.It helps more connectivity.
Kaleyra has the most intuitive user interface. The first time I opened the Kaleyra dashboard, it only took me 15 minutes to figure out my way around all the features and tools. As a product manager, I love that.
I can't think of anything in particular that I dislike about Kaleyra. If I had to come up with something I would suggest some minor changes in the layout but that is all.
Kaleyra is making it easier for brands to configure their Whatsapp and SMS marketing efforts. Without Kaleyra, the process of getting approvals for templates would be very difficult.

Nothing as such, it seems to be working fine for me.

What I Like the best about Kaleyra is that it will give precise data on how many total calls were dialed, how many incoming calls came, and how many outbound calls were dialed. How many SMS were sent, and how many Email Sent. Kalyera is user-friendly and easy to access.
My dislike about Kaleyra is the price is a little higher side. Sometimes we cannot hear the customer's voice, and occasionally the agent's voice the customer's not getting. Need improvement in support end.
Kaleyra is helping to grow my business. I can easily track weekly how many incoming calls came and how many outbound calls were dialed. The company growth also will increase based on maths. I can get this much revenue if I get this much talk time.
They have a full stack solution for all your comms needs like whatsapp, emails and sms. Their dashboard makes it really easy to set up templates and manage comms.
Initial onboarding and getting the setup is time taking and requires a lot of help from their account management team. Also, the clarity around some of the process is missing.
They helped in providing WhatsApp for differrent business lines and for our different clients as well. During the initial onboarding they also guided towards getting templates approved.

Dash board is easy to use, and when I was a new user to use kaleyra i didn't face any issues to operating it.

Nothing much is to say in terms of dislikes, but some time whatsapp template approval takes time, but after connecting with the support team, they help us to get the template approved asap.
