What do you like best about Justworks?

When we were researching PEO options, Justworks was in the final 2. Ultimately it's user interface and ease of use coupled with awesome customer service, are the best features.

What do you dislike about Justworks?

We have to use a third party system to track hours for our grant funding because the timecards system within Justworks is directly tied to payroll and only for part time employees (we are just tracking for data, not for payroll integration), but it's not a detriment to us at this stage since there are other options.

What problems is Justworks solving and how is that benefiting you?

Justworks allows us, a small start up company of 20 (and growing!) to offer competitive benefit packages, easy onboarding, payroll, and HR services for the single person handling those, and an easy to use UI that our employees will actually use.

What do you like best about Justworks?

Ease of use. Justworks makes all the HR, compliance, and payroll tasks simple. Justworks has an amazing support team and is very quick to respond and solve any issues.

What do you dislike about Justworks?

Some limitations in benefits selection. It can get pricy for larget teams. Payroll draws are 4-5 days before payment hits.

HR compliance and payroll are exceedingly simple with Justworks. The system provides almost everything we need to grow from a payroll/benefits perspective.

What do you like best about Justworks?

The platform is so easy to use for both employers and employees. It significantly reduces time spent on HR and benefits. In my opinion, it is far superior to ADP's PEO.

What do you dislike about Justworks?

I cannot think of anything I have encountered that is a negative.

We spend less time on employee onboarding, payroll and benefits administration. Justworks also ensures our employees have good benefits options that are well-defined and accessed via a simple-to-navigate portal.

What do you like best about Justworks?

The ease of use - the application is simple to set up and easy to deploy, whether users are accessing it via a web page or an app. Remote employees can log in via the website, and on-site employees can check in to a terminal where all they need to do is find their name & enter their PIN. The reporting features are exactly what our payroll department needs for processing employee hours and making sure they get paid - though we don't use ALL the features (we process payroll via a different application) it does provide accurate reports on time entered which is exactly what we need.

What do you dislike about Justworks?

Honestly? I haven't run into anything I dislike about it - the setup on the admin side is very intuitive, the features are easy to use, the help is great and getting questions answered is simple. Not sure of others' experience, but any question I have ever asked has been, if not ANSWERED within an hour, at least acknowledged quickly (and not some automatic email, a response from an actual person). Great product, supportive company, I am confident you will be happy with them.

What problems is Justworks solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had an old paper punch card system, then another system that used magnetic stripe cards. The paper card system - I mean, really, what a pain, manually entering that information into a spreadsheet or payroll application. Magstripe cards were better in that they digitized everything...but people would lose cards, cards would fail, and you had to have a specific card entered to perform certain tasks on the clocks (good luck if THAT card failed or got lost!) Basically, it was a nightmare to manage. Justworks Hours solves all of that - we have a couple of tablets in different locations in our warehouse, people just walk up, tap their name & plug in their PIN. Nothing to lose, nothing to manually enter, timesheet information is easy to export & manage - and if someone forgets their PIN, somehow, it takes seconds to retrieve the information (as an admin in the system).
