"Amazing customer service and convenient to use."
What do you like best about JustCall?

The fact that it's convenient to reach out to anyone from customer support any time using chat box. Also, we have been using JustCall for over a year now and we that it's easy to use and we did not encounter any problems during our subscription.

What do you dislike about JustCall?

None that I can think of. Everything is working fine.

What problems is JustCall solving and how is that benefiting you?

Easier to communicate with our tenants regarding their bill and maintenance issue. We are also using JustCall to send marketing sms to potential clients.

What do you like best about JustCall?

I like that I am able to communicate faster with the candidates I'm looking to connect. Love it! easy to easy and integrates well with Recruitee. I also like the monthly option I have, I can pause the service as well when its needed.

What do you dislike about JustCall?

I would prefer, to have the option of (name) in my templates as JustCall has been integrated with Recruitee, I dont have the option.

What problems is JustCall solving and how is that benefiting you?

They are finding a way to fix that issue!! basically the integration team is trying to improve the option of where the names of the candidates sink in our system.

"Very excellent new integration from JustCall to Pipedrive"
What do you like best about JustCall?

The new integration to Pipedrive is very well designed, and well implemented. The initial configuration took a little effort, but now that it is in place, everything is working very well. All calls made from Pipedrive, or received from clients, are logged in Pipedrive. Similarly, all SMS messages (inbound and outbound) are also logged. I am loving that!

What do you dislike about JustCall?

My one complaint relates to the pricing model. JustCall requires customers to purchase two users (two "seats"). Some SMB users don't need need numbers.

What problems is JustCall solving and how is that benefiting you?

With the integration to Pipedrive, all calls and SMS-texts are logged in my CRM. This is relevant for my convenience, and closing sales, as well as for regulatory compliance.

What do you like best about JustCall?

JustCall is a great application for making and receiving Phone Calls and sending & receiving SMS Texts. It works well with Pipedrive CRM and integrates easily. Plus the JusCall interface allows for a lot of customization and control for one person or a team/company. Customer Support via their Chat is great and the knowledge base is very thorough.

What do you dislike about JustCall?

Really no downsides to JustCall as system has worked well every day for our business for 2+ years.

What problems is JustCall solving and how is that benefiting you?

JustCall solves the problem we had before of having to switch to different programs to call someone and then text the same person - now with the Pipedrive integration it is all in the same app.

What do you like best about JustCall?

Simplicity and User friendly. Not very hard to understand.

What do you dislike about JustCall?

Honestly, I just don't like that sometimes it takes some time to deliver text messages.

What problems is JustCall solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used to have Skype for calls but another app for texts. Now with Justcall, we can use only One app and even send Images and multimedia.

Quick support. Service has never been interrupted due to system issues.

When a client calls in they will hear a ring, instead of music. THis unfortunately cannot be adjusted.

What do you like best about JustCall?

All communications are logged. They are kept in one location and all the history and records of communications are there and are just a click away. no need to keep extensive notes in multiple places.

What do you dislike about JustCall?

Sometimes the call quality is not as great or the calls do drop. Other than that the product is excellent and I recommend it to anyone looking to keep records of all calls and communication histories.

What problems is JustCall solving and how is that benefiting you?

keeps a good record of all calls and communications in one local. Don't have to remember what was said or messaged as you can refer back to all communications and is a great integration with CRM software

What do you like best about JustCall?

The JustCall platform offers a broad range of built-in functions that will answer 90% of any business use case requiring voice services. I was able to go from account creation to working prototype in a mattter of minutes.

Even better, when I did eventually come up against an edge case that was not covered in the product decoumentation, the support team responded to my query very, very quickly and pointed me in the right direction.

What do you dislike about JustCall?

I eventually reached a point where the functionality I was trying to build was simply not part of JustCall's offering. If there had been a full set of APIs to build with it would have allowed me to push my build even further. I completely understand that this is not part of JustCall's business model though.

What problems is JustCall solving and how is that benefiting you?

JustCall allowed me to create a branching auto-responder in a matter of minutes. I was able to focus on the content and creative execution instead of having to worry about the technology.
