I like that I am able to communicate faster with the candidates I'm looking to connect. Love it! easy to easy and integrates well with Recruitee. I also like the monthly option I have, I can pause the service as well when its needed.
I would prefer, to have the option of (name) in my templates as JustCall has been integrated with Recruitee, I dont have the option.
They are finding a way to fix that issue!! basically the integration team is trying to improve the option of where the names of the candidates sink in our system.
The new integration to Pipedrive is very well designed, and well implemented. The initial configuration took a little effort, but now that it is in place, everything is working very well. All calls made from Pipedrive, or received from clients, are logged in Pipedrive. Similarly, all SMS messages (inbound and outbound) are also logged. I am loving that!
My one complaint relates to the pricing model. JustCall requires customers to purchase two users (two "seats"). Some SMB users don't need need numbers.

JustCall is a great application for making and receiving Phone Calls and sending & receiving SMS Texts. It works well with Pipedrive CRM and integrates easily. Plus the JusCall interface allows for a lot of customization and control for one person or a team/company. Customer Support via their Chat is great and the knowledge base is very thorough.
Really no downsides to JustCall as system has worked well every day for our business for 2+ years.
JustCall solves the problem we had before of having to switch to different programs to call someone and then text the same person - now with the Pipedrive integration it is all in the same app.

Honestly, I just don't like that sometimes it takes some time to deliver text messages.
We used to have Skype for calls but another app for texts. Now with Justcall, we can use only One app and even send Images and multimedia.

Even better, when I did eventually come up against an edge case that was not covered in the product decoumentation, the support team responded to my query very, very quickly and pointed me in the right direction.
I eventually reached a point where the functionality I was trying to build was simply not part of JustCall's offering. If there had been a full set of APIs to build with it would have allowed me to push my build even further. I completely understand that this is not part of JustCall's business model though.
JustCall allowed me to create a branching auto-responder in a matter of minutes. I was able to focus on the content and creative execution instead of having to worry about the technology.
