Connecting with our community is the most important factor of conversion. We have a long spin sales process and our clients come from all angles. Juphy makes it possible to communicate with out prospects faster, which in turn speeds up the sales process.
Juphy is not fully integrated with all platforms and we still have to navigate to certain 3rd party platforms.
Our sales and customer service departments are more focused and deliver a better response time.

The UX & UI is very friendly and intuitive and I love the simplicity of it.
There are a few integrations such as Facebook Groups, Instagram DM's, Gmail etc that are needed but they are already on the roadmap and being worked on. So basically nothing much to dislike this amazing app :)

The biggest benefit is of having one centralised inbox for all things email and social. Juphy helps a lot with that :)

Twitter still needs to be improved. I see all my posts end up in the inbox. I hope this issue gets resolved.

Juphy allows me to see messages coming into my YouTube, Facebook (now Meta), LinkedIn account, all in one account and I can reply to leads from my Juphy account at any time. Brilliant product and time saver!
