I love that you can quickly filter for results, whether that be on one platform or all platforms. Finding questions that have been asked by my followers has never been easier!

Not much to dislike here. The product has continued to be improved since I bought it. Very impressed.

What do you like best about Juphy?

Connecting with our community is the most important factor of conversion. We have a long spin sales process and our clients come from all angles. Juphy makes it possible to communicate with out prospects faster, which in turn speeds up the sales process.

What do you dislike about Juphy?

Juphy is not fully integrated with all platforms and we still have to navigate to certain 3rd party platforms.

What problems is Juphy solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our sales and customer service departments are more focused and deliver a better response time.

What do you like best about Juphy?

Juphy is absolutely an essential tool if you would like a centralised inbox for all your social channels.

The UX & UI is very friendly and intuitive and I love the simplicity of it.

What do you dislike about Juphy?

There are a few integrations such as Facebook Groups, Instagram DM's, Gmail etc that are needed but they are already on the roadmap and being worked on. So basically nothing much to dislike this amazing app :)

Recommendations to others considering Juphy:

This one's a no-brainer! Go for it :)

What problems is Juphy solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest benefit is of having one centralised inbox for all things email and social. Juphy helps a lot with that :)

What do you like best about Juphy?

It gives me a One-shot view of all the social channels and the responses by the community. It helps me understand how my social media posting and campaigns are doing by looking at it in a single view.

What do you dislike about Juphy?

Twitter still needs to be improved. I see all my posts end up in the inbox. I hope this issue gets resolved.

What problems is Juphy solving and how is that benefiting you?

I save a lot of time by getting to look at all the social responses in one window. It helps me save time for my social team and me. Juphy is a great productivity tool that helps to increase marketing outputs.

Using all of our brand's social media accounts together really adds speed to us.

A few features are missing. It would be nice if it had email integration

What do you like best about Juphy?

I work alone, and I used to spend a lot of time answering my users on different platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google Play, etc.). Juphy helped me by centralizing support for my users in one

place.

So far, it's been the only platform I've found that integrates with Google Play to respond to Android user feedback.

What do you dislike about Juphy?

It would be great to be able to change the platform language. I would love to use it in Brazilian Portuguese.

What problems is Juphy solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps me centralize my users' support in a single tool. Mostly Google Play Store users.

What do you like best about Juphy?

Our team love the fact that all the social activities are listed on one page, saves so much time. We have a global view of every comments posted on our platforms and it takes very little time to answer them all. Huge time saving!

What do you dislike about Juphy?

The interface user friendliness could be improved, but i am being picky.

What problems is Juphy solving and how is that benefiting you?

Juphy is helping us stay on top of our social platform activities to ensure all are responded. It also help us streamline our new employee training by having ONE platform that does it all.

What do you like best about Juphy?

Juphy lets you add your social media and email accounts to a unified inbox to answer users comments, direct messages and messages really fast. It also let's you add you team members. UI is easy to understand and use. And the support team is very responsive.

What do you dislike about Juphy?

Some aspects of the UI need a bit of polishing.

What problems is Juphy solving and how is that benefiting you?

With Juphy I can unify all the support channels and simplify it. I've dropped another tools, and now use Juphy. It's an all-in-one solution for support, a swiss knife.

Juphy allows me to see messages coming into my YouTube, Facebook (now Meta), LinkedIn account, all in one account and I can reply to leads from my Juphy account at any time. Brilliant product and time saver!
