A perfect tool to utilize to stopping cyber threats to data in 2020
What do you like best about Juniper Secure Analytics?
It seemed very well developed and easy to execute. Enterprise appliance delivers scalable network security management which I just so happened to love about this product. I think you will as well.

There isn't much not to like, it is a good product to use based on what I've seen thus far.

Really found it useful to help protect our infrastructure, with new threats always coming out and finding weaknesses in systems. It is great to see more software like this trying to protect our network and our customer network.

Security for your network
What do you like best about Juniper Secure Analytics?
It has, like Cisco, an own operating system for its routers, called JunOS. It is used in the routers, switches and security devices offered by Juniper. Reduce the time needed to implement new services and reduce operating costs.

Juniper Secure Analytics helps in proactively monitor network security threats and take actions
What do you like best about Juniper Secure Analytics?
its Self service UI and 24/7 customer support. Lot of articles, kb's and blogs are there. Since there is good documentation and a large customer base it helps.
What do you dislike about Juniper Secure Analytics?
It does not completely leverage new-age technologies like AI, ML. Updates are infrequent. cost is on the higher side.

Juniper Secure Analytics for SIEM
What do you like best about Juniper Secure Analytics?
Provides the same capability as other SIEM tools but at a much cheaper cost.
What do you dislike about Juniper Secure Analytics?
Not much to complain about here. I think that its the name that scares people away compared to Splunk for SIEM or just a name like Cisco in general. If more users played with this tool it would gain some momentum.
Recommendations to others considering Juniper Secure Analytics?
I always tell people to think about the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). When moving from one vendor to another it's not just licensing and hardware costs. People, training, etc. all have an impact to the bottom line as well as the success of the product.
What problems is Juniper Secure Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking at a solution that was cheaper than Splunk so we did a demo with Juniper. Met all of our needs to collect data from our Enterprise of over 70k users and didn't take months of training to figure out how to set it up.

The dashboard is easy to navigate and it’s very user friendly.

I’m used to dashboard in Cisco prime and I guess it just took me time to get used to the juniper software.
