I like it because it allows me to share files with other users through a link immediately and the screen recording is an innovative function because I can explain what I want to say about each title in a better way without writing that sometimes it is not understood as well well spoken start with the free mode to know its corresponding function and to know if it was what was expected and effectively facilitated the needs that I had.

The size limit per file that it has on occasions I have had to reduce it to be able to send it without problems

nothing about it is bad honestly. compared to other platforms, its at par if not superior. Simple and sober desingning module, screenshot editing does the work. smooth.

My overall experience with this product is great. I have been using it for about 3 years. It is easy to use, intuitive and very rarely experience downtime. I like the screenshot feature and the annotation tools are exactly what I need. Download and upload speed is good (but you'll rarely need it anyway). Customer service is also great.
