What do you like best about JumpSeat?

Gets us the information we need before we even know we need it. Learning tools, new or in new ways, is never easy. If you don't want to swamp your product champion with daily questions or put a knowledge base in front of your folks that likely won't be leveraged, JumpSeat is the solution you need. It's interactive, takes me to the, sometimes obscure, corners of products that I need to learn, without me wasting my own time researching or pestering others for answers.

What do you dislike about JumpSeat?

I have not encountered the downside of JumpSeat at this time- but I would like to see it leveraged in even more products!

What problems is JumpSeat solving and how is that benefiting you?

Saving time and sanity!

What do you like best about JumpSeat?

The best attributes of JumpSeat are the ease of use across multiple software platforms, real-time process compliance training and the effectiveness of the workflow guides. Rather than our team having to stop and ask a coworker they can get the help they need right then and get work done. Learning new software without JumpSeat would be a nightmare.

What do you dislike about JumpSeat?

Nothing to dislike. It's easy to use, helpful and eliminates the frustration of learning new software for my team. What's to dislike about that?

What problems is JumpSeat solving and how is that benefiting you?

When our company began digital transformation initiative of implementing new software we also started using JumpSeat instead of traditional analog training. This accelerated our team's adoption of the software immensely and we began seeing high user adoption in a fraction of the time we'd seen in the past. Rather than team members taking months to get to power user level it took weeks with JumpSeat. With how intense competition is today, we need to increase efficiency and productivity through new software deployments and JumpSeat has helped deliver that for us.
