It often feels like whiteboarding, but without the white board. It's less formal than email, making people more casual. There's less time spent on articulating a thought-out critique and more of a casual, "I think it could use more..." or "I don't like..."
More in-depth metrics/analytics. For instance, the insights section will show how people feel about the culture/environment and, although helpful, the people who appear to be the most dissatisfied, don't "speak up." If there was a way to engage them or prompt them to speak more or even see a pattern to deduce what's wrong, that would be helpful.
Definitely good to get a feel for what your employees or contractors are doing/feeling. It gives you a way to read the room which is especially helpful in startups where it may not be clear why employees are leaving, etc.
It's especially helpful with contractors oddly enough. Their roles by nature have a quick turnaround and it can lead to some people feeling unmotivated--they feel replaceable. Obviously, in a startup, that's just the nature of the beast, so having a platform where they can speak freely and not feel crammed in a corner is helpful and gives more insight into their criticisms as well as personalities.
I like how user friendly and animated it is.I can see problems and take action immediately - I can actually just respond then and there. Or, I can take a deep breath and look at the insights, and think about future people strategy.
t's the most expensive we trialled. But you get what you pay for. Also, we really needed to commit to use it. Without management buy in these tools are of less value

Not really dislike, but as the product develops would be good to have some drill-down options on the insights page.
Would be good to know who hasn't responded to a question, this can be an important signal of disengagement, particularly in a high-scoring business like ours, a person who does not share the common sentiment may be more inclined to opt-out rather than respond negatively.
